Best Drain Clean in Chicago IL

I had a water heating tank crack and leak emergency on a Sunday. Vincent and Lobo were able to address the problem and change the tank out within 3 1/2 hours. Unbelievable service!

I had a leaking toilet and some other minor problems with faucets. I thought since they were coming I’d have the main sewer line rodded out as well as it hadn't been done in 8 years and we have lots of tree roots. They quoted $2100 for the work. I told them to drop the rodding since we weren’t experiencing any backups. The price was then $1100. So I told them just fix the toilet which needed a new tank gasket and a new seal on the flange. They quoted $876. I knew that was a ridiculous price and told them no thanks. We bought a new kohler gasket on Amazon for $20 and a new seal for $6 at Home Depot and my husband made the repair today—it took him 2 hours mostly because he had to wait for the wd40 to work so he could loosen the bolts. I assume it would take an experienced plumber less than an hour. $26 for parts. $800 per hour for labor

The response from the owner is inaccurate. I listed all the items in my review. 4 items is not lengthy. The toilet is 19 years old and just started leaking last week. It’s to be expected that a toIlet in use for 19 years would need new seals at some point—that is not negligence. The faucets are minor annoyances and have only been an issue for a few months. The stoppers need adjustment on 2 sinks and the kitchen faucet is was installed 7 years ago and is loose. It operates without leaking etc. The sewer line was rodded outb8 years ago. I would not call that 10 years of “negligence.” We did NOT ask them to inspect anything else.

We are first time Roto-Rooter customers. Our sewer backed up early on a Sunday afternoon. Andre and Richard arrived within 2 hours. They were friendly, professional and informative. They charge was more than reasonable, especially considering it was a Sunday call. I will definitely be a repeat customer (for any plumbing service needs).

Two guys came out on Christmas Eve when our pipes froze. They were very friendly, considerate, and direct in terms of the urgency of the situation. I really appreciated how honest they were and easy going too. Much appreciated, especially on Christmas Eve.

Excellent experience. Edwin was very responsive (same day), friendly and courteous. He spent almost a full day replacing piping that was leaking and in need of replacing. I would definitely call again with any plumbing issues.

Called due to my sewer line backing up, they came in and hydro jetted the line and showed me with their camera how bad the roots were and after they were done the line looked brand new from inside, extremely happy and will recommend. Their crew was polite and professional.

Eric is amazing! He’s prompt, reliable, and does great work for a more than fair price. He did my faucets , clogs, shower, and washer and dryer for me , everything was done quickly and right!
