Best Clogged Shower Drain in Chicago IL

I was quoted 3k to replace a water heater that I got replaced for 1.2k. Do yourself a favor, read reviews on yelp and get a second quote.

Our sink pipes were old and corroded which caused it to leak. Gabriel explained the problem concisely and changed out our old metallic pipes for pvc. He was very considerate on our future plans to remodel our sink and worked with that in mind. Overall, he did and excellent job and was very polite. We would highly recommend him and would ask for his services again in the future if needed.

I bought a 100 year old house with rusted, leaking kitchen piping, and these guys were able to fix the supply lines and entire kitchen stack within a couple of days and made sure I’ll have a functioning kitchen by the time I move in. They were very communicative and helpful through the whole process.

First Chicago Plumbing caused damage to our shower faucet by not taking the necessary measures while working on another unit in our building. They also lied about what measures could be taken to prevent the issue. Quoting First Chicago Plumbing's response:
Shower faucets do not have stop valves so there was no way to shut them off.
when the fact is there are valves at the water entry points (hot and cold) to the bathroom.
Since then they have been uncooperative and haven't provided insurance details upon multiple requests from the condo association. It is extremely unprofessional of a plumbing company to run away from their responsibilities after causing damage due to their own negligence and then be uncooperative in providing proof of insurance. Stay away from this company since they run away when things don't go right.

He explained everything he did, and was very courteous. He fixed both toilets quickly and efficiently. He even gave us a tool we can use for future repairs. Extremely pleased!

These guys worked with us on our septic installation to minimize the visual impact when finished. We were very pleased and relieved at the outcome. I am not sure we would have had as nice a front yard had we selected someone else. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

John Love (the plumber and owner) was on time, professional and very knowledgeable. We found him on Google bc of his good reviews- decided to give him a try- the reviews are accurate! John showed up on time, communication was clear throughout the process and he immediately found the old rotting pipe within the ceiling of our basement- it was very apparent he has a lot of experience working with older homes just like our 1916 Bungalow. He did a thorough job, kept the basement and work area spotless, even called the next day to make sure we were satisfied with his job. We will definitely be using Love’s Plumbing again for our plumbing needs! Very fair pricing and up front about everything

Matt did a huge and messy job for us on very short notice. Due to the urgency of our situation, he cleared his schedule to allow more time to complete it. Matt finished up while we were out of town, and he both stayed in contact with us and was a true professional in regards to accessing our home while we were not there. Have a large tree in parkway with my sewer line under it. Have used Bubba and Wayne for over ten years for a once a year cleaning. Gas line replacement crew in fall used cameras in everyone’s sewer , saw lots of roots . Now twice a year cleaning, we have old clay pipes and they are careful . Also had them repair mortar in catch basin. We also get senior discount
