Best Clogged Drain Cleaning in Chicago IL

We've been having John Baethke & Son Plumbing servicing our needs for our single family home for years, and have been happy working with them. They are punctual, and always explain everything well (including the fees) prior to commencing the work. Josh, specifically, has been easy to work with, neat with his work, and has always completed what they set out to.

We just had Arber come service a clog in our kitchen sink. He inspected, solved the issue, and answered all our questions with professionalism and patience, which we really appreciated! We called 3 other companies and Roto-Rooter was the only one that could get to our place within a few hours and address the issue that day. Thank you Arber and Chicago South Loop Roto-Rooter! We hope we don't have any more issues but if we do we'll be calling you again.

Vangaurd has been my plumber in Chicago for many years. He has fixed a number of things including leaky toilet, low water pressure, slow drain, and kitchen sink water valve. He communicates well with what problems he finds and recommended solutions and goes above and beyond to solve other hidden problems that prevent larger plumbing issues in the future.

I had rocket come out to my home for a clogged drain. They were on time and very
professional, they took the extra steps to explain to us what was causing the issue, they
also pointed out a major problem with our catch basin that we were unaware of. I would
definitely recommend Rocket to my family and friends, I found them to be reasonable in
their pricing and very friendly from the office staff to the plumber who came out. Definitely
a great experience!!!

They were great in making modifications when I had an existing counter blocking the toilet instillation. The ADA toilet height with an extra 2 1/2 “ is perfect for my needs. I would like to acknowledge outstanding service and work ethic. I placed a call to Vanderbosch for a boiler inspection and cleaning for a 9 unit Condo in Chicago. I was sent John C. who came out about 4 days later. When our condo president and I met him, we were impressed by his professionalism and politeness. He explained our options and went into detail as to how they would reflect on the safety of our building as well as efficiency of our boiler. Our boiler had been neglected and took him all day to take apart and clean. Even though our building has the original boiler, someone might have hesitated to trust anyone to take it apart to clean. However John C. took pictures of all the original settings, documented them so that he would return the unit to it's original running settings. During this tedious and messy process he consulted with Hugh Hodur (the owner) many times only to find out that the settings were not correct for optimal efficiency. During this process he answered many of my questions and patiently explained many scenarios. Also he discovered a relay switch which will be replaced this Friday that could have shut down our boiler at any minute with out notice due to corroded wires. This company converted my in floor radiant heat to above ground 15 years ago. They were great back than but after yesterday, they have me as a customer for life, regardless of where I live in their service area. Outstanding and ethical. Thank you John C. And Hugh Hodur. Chip of J. Blanton Plumbing arrived the same day they were contacted. Made an assessment, contacted the site manager, made arrangements and he and his apprentice replaced the kitchen faucet and bathroom sink stopper within 36 hours. Thankful.

The technician was great. He was at my house when he said he would be. He just had to change out a service line to the stool. I guessed a 15 minute job and he was done in under 5. The service was quick and professional. He answered all questions and was in no hurry to leave until I was satisfied. He also took the time to put ID tags on all of the main water lines in the house and gave some suggestions to keep everything in tip top shape. If I ever need a plumber again, it will be Sam's Plumbing And Rodding.

I called & left a message with the service for a problem yesterday morning. Within 2 hrs, Mr. Burris called to say that he was on another job & would be by thereafter. Mr. Burris called back to say he was on his way & was here within 10 minutes.
I will NEVER be able to express how pleased I am with his knowledge, skills, talent & abilities to rectify the problem, while showing me the cause & explaining the effective resolution as he went along. Additionally, I was also present to see the final results. After several previous attempts with another service, I thank God for Mr. Burris & getting it right the first time !

CPE was very professional and knowledgeable about the problems that did exist with my sewer pipes and could arise. They answered every question I asked without hesitation.

John Love (the plumber and owner) was on time, professional and very knowledgeable. We found him on Google bc of his good reviews- decided to give him a try- the reviews are accurate! John showed up on time, communication was clear throughout the process and he immediately found the old rotting pipe within the ceiling of our basement- it was very apparent he has a lot of experience working with older homes just like our 1916 Bungalow. He did a thorough job, kept the basement and work area spotless, even called the next day to make sure we were satisfied with his job. We have referred out some work to this company to replace / install gas lines for clothes drying machines. Along with replacing water hoses for stackable Washer / Dryer Units.
