I had an issue with tree roots that needed to be routed out. Jonathon (#3403) arrived on time and did an excellent job. He was friendly, very personable, and informative. He took his time and did what needed to be done. I couldn't have been any happier with the service he provided. When I made the appointment, I was told it would be early afternoon before he could get there. I received a call about and hour later (still in the morning) saying he was running a little late. Instead, he showed up before around noon, which was actually earlier than the original time quoted. I found my experience with Roto-Rooter to be first rate from the initial call to its completion.

Excellent service and fixed a couple of problems we had in less than an hour! Jan and team are great with communication and I definitely plan on continuing to work with them for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend.

John Chmura was very knowledgeable. After two days of phoning various companies, I called a neighbor who recommended VanDerBosch. Pleasant interactions, solved the issue with the radiant heat puncture.

Highly recommended! Amazing job! Brandon came over to give us an estimate for a toilet repair and some slow drains. He ended up staying and doing the repair is less than an hour. He also offered great advice on cleaning and maintaining our garbage disposal.

I don't know what kind of stars to give - because they did not come to our house. They said that there would be a charge just for coming to the house without being able to give even a ball park estimate of the cost. I asked to provide a ball park estimate of the cost of rodding a downspout line - and said I wouldn't hold them to it, and they said that they could not even give a ball park estimate over the phone. I can understand wanting to know the situation - but I found services that would come out at zero charge, assess the situation and then give an estimate. Paying $99 to get someone just to show up without having any idea what it might cost after than doesn't make sense to me.

Had an appointment. I followed up during the time window I was told he would show and the was told he was on his way. He never showed up. He called a day later.A quick call or text to tell a customer you are unable to make it goes a long way. And unfortunately the businesses response about the call the same day is not true.

Mike and Kevin did a great job. They did their job the right way and found the problem to the core. Even saved us some money by finding the root cause. Now our plumbing is better than ever thanks to Mike and Kevin. We will be using these guys again for any future plumbing needs!

Dennis came out to our house on 2 hours notice to snake some grease from our main sewer line. I found him to be extremely efficient, friendly, and professional. He also shared a lot of his knowledge related to practice measures to take in the future to avoid a repeat emergency. I was extremely please with the service overall and would gladly call him again, although hopefully not under emergent conditions next time!

Saved our day with same day service! I called some 7-10 plumbing companies. Some refused to come in and some said they could come few days later. Dominick was amazing. So helpful, so quick to respond to our call, and very knowledgable. He came out to fix a leak in our faucet, one with which we had multiple problems before. Turns out none of the other plumbers could figure out that it was the entire faucet/hose that was the problem and it was sprouting leaks from everywhere!

I felt like he really helped me understand the issue at hand and the possible solutions and wasn't trying to talk me into something. Would highly recommend!

It is so hard to find a reliable and honest plumbing company. Bubba & Wayne was recommended to us by a friend; It was a great recommendation. Placed a call on a Sunday and they returned my call first thing Monday morning. (This was not an emergency). I loved the fact that they always communicated with us. Kudos to their very sweet receptionist. There was no wondering if they were going to call us back or when they would show up. We had four gentlemen who solved our problem. They were very, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I will use this company again for all our plumbing needs and I will recommend them to friends and family.
