Best Cleaning Drain Pipe in Chicago IL

Benjamin was not only quick, efficient, and thorough with fixing our toilets, but was also incredibly friendly, kind, and professional. We recently moved to this area, and Rescue Plumbing will absolutely be our go-to for any plumbing issues in the future.

Dax from Rescue Plumbing was awesome! Called Friday evening for a leak under the sink and he was there within a few hours. Stopped the link and recommend a new faucet, which he came back first thing Saturday morning to install, because I didn’t have a new faucet in hand at 9pm Friday night and stores were closed. Excellent service! We will only call Dax and Rescue Plumbing in the future.

This company is absolutely horrible. Around 11 PM on Friday, I noticed that my bathroom sink was heavily leaking water into the wood cabinet below it. I looked for a 24 hour plumber with good reviews and came across this company.

The reviews are wrong.

Upon calling the first time, I was told that due to policy, the company will only speak to the owners of my rental. I contacted my landlord who kindly reached out to the company.

Since it was late at night, an answering service was managing the calls. The answering service told my landlord that they were treating my leak as an emergency, and would dispatch someone immediately. They also told my landlord that the plumber would call me directly.

I waited a half-hour before calling the answering service again myself and asking for a report. I hadn't heard from the plumber and nobody had arrived. The service said they would reach back out to the person dispatched and have them call me with an ETA immediately.

After waiting another 15 minutes I called again, informing them that I never received a called about the ETA. They said, somewhat frustrated, that it's only been 15 minutes and I should wait longer. They also said that, since they are only an answering service, there is nothing else they could do to help me.

I fell asleep around 12:30 and woke up 1:30, still with no ETA and no plumber. My sink was still leaking profusely and I had soaked two towels (multiple leaks made the water difficult to catch in buckets).

I called the company again and a different woman from the answering service picked up. I told her it had been hours and I hadn't been contacted or visited by the plumber. She gave me the same old message: she will contact dispatch and ask them to call me about the ETA, but there was nothing else she could do and she had no other information.

I went to sleep. Woke up at 6 AM. A plumber never arrived and I did not have any missed calls from the company or an associated plumber...and my sink was still heavily leaking.

I called a different company and they arrived immediately.

This is how this company treats emergencies. Don't use them. They are awful.

The technician named Danny did a great job cleaning out my sewer drain. He arrived at my home within an hour of my phone call. Danny was very professional and courteous. He is a good ambassador for your company. I plan to use your company again in the future and will certainly recommend your service to others. Thank You.One comment about your prices. I have an outside drain leading to my sewer line. I think your rates should be discounted for that convenience. Your tech didn't have to carry heavy equipment into my basement. I hired Vanguard Plumbing to help with capping a gas line in my basement where it used to be a kitchen. They responded quickly, and scheduled me in right the way. Work was done very well, and Jan even took the time to check out my water heater and taught me what to do in case of a leak. Believe it or not, they finished the job early and hence offered me a discount, which was double-wonderful. Thank you so much for everything!

I was hesitant at first because of the distance between my home in the Western suburbs and where they're located in the city, however, they made it work! I had a sewer line backup last night where dirty water was coming up my basement toilet and running over the brim. The water came up over the brim half hour after I had given up plunging for the previous hour the water that didn't go down, hence my clue as to why the main sewer line was backed up.

I reached out to someone there. The dispatcher gave me a call back immediately. He scheduled a time and told me to expect a call from Mike. Mike gave me a call shortly after and told me he'd be here by the top of the hour. He and his partner, Peter, was 15 minutes early. I appreciated that.

I wanted to learn about what he was doing, as I like learning new things. He didn't mind me standing there and asking questions and did so with a great attitude and a smile. In about an hour or so, he was able to not only rod out space for water to flow to the sewer, but he was able to run a tool down the line to clear the four or five root balls out of the line. He ran a camera to confirm what was down there before removing them and he ran a camera after.

The bill was right, but I've also always understood the perspective of quality and value over quantity, as previous plumbers just rodded the pipe, which is simply a band-aid to cover a bigger issue, whereas Rocket Plumbing provided the quality and value. Along with what I paid, there is a two year warranty to warrant their work in case I need them to come out to resolve the same matter.

Quick response to phone call, quick appointment made, quick work done. Price was same when done as when quoted. Jesus and assistant were professional and friendly!! Will call again! Thank you Jesus!!

We have been using Chicagoland Quality Plumbing services for approximately four years and found him through our Angie's List membership. We own 3 rental properties and Edwin has repaired leaks, installed dishwashers and water lines(for both kitchen sinks and washer units), replaced toilet wax rings and unclogged drains over the past four years for us. The service that we indicated as not listed is definitely worth mentioning as it turned out to be a big job. We called Edwin because we noticed a leak coming from our basement ceiling. Upon his inspection he not only told us that he suspected the main drain line in our 3 story building was leaking. He provided us with a plan for the best way to pinpoint where the drain was leaking behind the 3 apartment walls and once it was located how he would make the repair. Long story short, with Edwin's experience, where he ended up opening the kitchen wall turned out was within 3 feet of the eroded main drain line. Edwin and Roberto removed a section of 100 year old drain pipe and then replaced it. What Edwin charged us for this two day, two man job was reasonable. His work is top notch and we always find that his prices are very reasonable that's why we always call Edwin and we hope that he is not planning on retiring any time soon :)

They were able to promptly give us an estimate and complete the work needed. I was very impressed with how thorough and quickly they were able to remotely communicate and send photos of the work they did and communicate with us.

I called Chaz originally because a different plumber told me we had a collapsed sewage pipe that needed to be replaced and I wanted a second opinion. I described the situation to him and he said it seemed odd the first plumber came to this conclusion without hydro jetting the line and running a camera. Chaz and team came out very quickly and worked the problem and discovered there was an obstruction in the pipe and were able to flush it out to the main sewage line. Chaz’s knowledge and willingness to troubleshoot the issue helped us correctly identify the issue, resolve it and save thousands of dollars by not performing unnecessary work. They were super responsive, knowledgeable, professional and fair. I highly recommend!

Eric the plumber is reliable, affordable and does quality work. I have used him on several ocassions, and he never ceases to amaze me. I will continue to use Eric for all of my plumbing needs!
