Best Cleaning Drain Cleaning in Chicago IL

I've used Rescue Plumbing twice now, once for an emergency and once to fix some minor issues. Javier was knowledgable and helpful diagnosing the issues I was experiencing. Richard was able to work quickly to resolve the problem. I'm so glad Rescue Plumbing hires quality people. Oh and they arrived on time! Bonus!

I called John Baethke and Son Plumbing after discovering a leak under my kitchen sink. They responded to me almost instantly and set up an appointment for me the very next day. Josh from their team came to our condo and could not have been more professional and helpful. Besides checking the kitchen sink, he also checked every water point in our condo and gave us a status update on everything. Josh gave us a few options and walked us through cost and urgency of the problems. Josh was able to fix the kitchen sink and install a new garbage disposal as well fix a sink handle issue in one of our bathrooms. I highly recommend using John Baethke & Son Plumbing!

Roto-rooter is a terrible business and do not listen to anything they say. They sold me a 2 year warranty on a sump pump and when it broke from their poor installation in a year they told me they would not be able to help. Unbelievably poor service. They charged a premium on the parts and service, which I expected would result in them fixing it if it ever had a problem. Instead when they came back a year later they quoted me 1850, 600$ or 30% more than it was the year before when they did the same exact job at $1250. furthermore, their poor installation lead to a flood that will cost us more money in damages and cleaning. These people are taking advantage of customers and screwing them with high payments. DO NOT USE THEM.

Vanguard Pluming was able to respond quickly - and get someone out to help with my garbage disposal issue the same day. Solid work and very responsive.

Drew was simply the best. I have not met a more genuine and hard working person. He worked so hard to save my toilet so that I wouldn't have to buy a whole new system. He definitely worked overtime and longer than any other person would have to fix our problem, but at the end of the day, he fixed it! I am so pleased. I hired this company based off of the many good reviews before mine... Juan and his company lived up to the positives reviews ... I hired him for one job that turned into 3 things...as far as knowledge Great! Juan...the guys a nice guy and professional ... Price he was fair and gave me a brake on thing one... I think if I shopped it I could of got thing 2 cheaper But I gave it to him to get it done ... and thing 3 I felt was was too high priced but thing 3 I had to use him for... Would I recommend Yes! ... Over all he was fair against his competitors and less expensive then many... where I felt he was High, it was his honest charge so it wasn't like the guy was taking me to the bank... and hes up front, not pushy just what the man wants for the work... not an up charge company or anything like that...He asked for a review and this is my honest opinion ... These companies are all over the board in price so nothings going to be cheap in these areas... I did my home work before hiring this company and have years of experience with this issue... This company over all even though Of the high price comment on one thing was fair... So $$$ aside he knows his stuff and you will be able to depend on him getting it done right and being professional...
