This is my second time working with their plumbing team. Every part of the experience was professional, easy and well done. They charge fairly for their quality work. Meaning it’s not cheap, because it’s not shoddy work. That said, they are not price gouging. They present multiple options and are open to working with you.

We had flooding in our basement and Roto-Rooter was the fastest to respond. They provided great service. Yuri (1195) worked very hard to get a difficult situation under control. Mark was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to help us get our claim initiated. I'd definitely call them again.

It was honestly not a big job but we needed a professional plumber to take care of a leak in the toilet. Good thing about them is that they responded and sent a skilled technician who fixed the pipes that were leaking.

We've had a few mild emergencies, and the plumbers from VanDerBosch show up when they say they will, are very friendly and will plainly explain your options, then promptly get to work. Juan has helped me many times over the years on projects small and large. He's very responsive and communicates well. The first time I met him he helped me with a large sewer project between my building and the city sewer. His bid was competitive and he got started right away. Since then he's helped me install faucets, repair drains, and find gas leaks. Highly recommend.

$480 to come right away to fix a toliet is ridiculous and a scam.

There could be a little bit more organization they don't keep videos on file so make sure you get a copy. I had to have them come out and check on my sewer lines that they had scoped for me about nine months ago. They just showed up, luckily I was there. The guys that got there, it was almost like they were prepared for a battle with me or something... Maybe they were just busy and a little short, either way the rest of the job went similarly till the end where I was accused of accusing them of something which I never did, obviously some sort of miscommunication. At the end of the day, the work got done, I was happy enough - if you want to try to understand the process, I don't think one of the guys I got really liked to be asked questions about the process, I'm sure your experience may differ from mine. I had ended up getting a hydro jet and they cleared out another line for me. I would call them again, like I said the experience I received was a little odd but nothing out of the ordinary for contractors these days 3.5 stars will give them 4
