I called Premier and they were out same day. Their technician Stephen was prompt, professional and knowledgeable about the job that needed to be preformed. I highly recommend this company!

We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

The team at FSI is top notch. Every step of the way was amazing. We had them replace a 20 year old heat pump and ductwork. Not only were their prices fair, the quality of work and customer service has been incredible. David went above and beyond when helping us with our needs.
On the day of the install we had David, Dale, and Brian on site. They were efficient, respectful, and hard working.
Following the installation, David has been responsive to follow up questions and event came out to check on the system as a courtesy follow-up.

Had the worst experience for a quote. The technician that I had this morning was very nasty and rude. He began to point out all flaws that I was trying to hire for. Technician mentioned having a certain credit score to me, also kept asking me was I certain that I could pay for the service. Technician even went as far as asking me, have I received a quote before? I told him yes and told him the price and he called me a lie. The tech was talking down to me. I am not sure if it was because I was a African American female. I told the technician that my husband and I are not a struggling family that we are aware of prices. Technician began to go back and forth with me to the point I asked him to leave. He mumbled disrespectful things under his breath as he was walking down my stairway to get his papers. By far the rudest thing I have ever encountered. I called the office, the office was very nice and apologetic. The technician remained parked in my front yard taking photos of my home and surroundings. My house have video and audio throughout home. Never been racially profiled to this extent until today.

We had our tankless water heater replaced with an electric tank water heater and Kevin an absolutely phenomenal job. He called us multiple times to update us regarding the job progress, and he performed the installation flawlessly. We will absolutely use this business again for future plumbing issues.

Very unprofessional. We scheduled a Saturday appointment for an estimate to replace Quest piping. Plumber was 15 minutes late and did not complete the estimate. Halfway through the walk through he told us we “needed to find someone else” to do the work and walked out without explaining why or apologizing for wasting our time. Other plumbers have had no issues and it looks like we will be choosing another company for this work.

Michael, Brandon, Tadd, and Isaiah installed two new HVAC systems in our house to replace the existing systems that were more than 20 years old and poorly installed. They were on time, professional, and stayed late to ensure the job was completed the same day.

Mr. Richardson was quick to diagnose and address my plumbing concerns. He located and repaired a leak in an upstairs bathtub that had stained my ceiling. He not only helped me but recommended other companies for different home issues. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone I know. He’s a true professional with old fashioned values that are so hard to find theses days.

Atomic did a great job of communicating appointment times, follow up was great. Ryan did a great job of letting me know when he would be back and the process of installing the new pump. Very professional, very polit. Cleaned up afterwards and took away all debris. Atomic has a talented person here.

Last month Tony and Son re-piped sections of our upstairs plumbing where a crack had formed near the main stack. We had been plagued with upstairs plumbing issues for awhile that ruined a large section of our ceiling. Another plumber had come out to our house four times, but we kept having leaks. Tony quickly pinpointed the problem and was able to fix it that day. Finally, no more leaks and we were able to repair our ceiling. Last week we had a leak in our water main which is located under our driveway near the street. Employees from the city came out to look and said we were responsible for fixing it. There was no question who I would call. Tony and son fixed the leak quickly with minimal disruption to the surroundings. It is nice to deal with a small family business that cares about its customers. Tony is personable and responds quickly to calls. He carefully explains the problem, the steps he will take to fix it, and the costs involved. I highly recommend Tony and Son Plumbing for their high-quality work at a fair price and excellent customer service.
