We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

I had called after hours and left a message of what I believed to be the issue at our church property and I received a call back within an hour and a 2-hr window for the next day. Justin called when he was 25-min away and I met him there. He was communicative and on time. He even said it would be a free estimate. What I thought was the issue, wasn't, but he still spent time helping me figure out what it was. Then made sure to help me find the reason our water bill was climbing at a vacant building. He found it. He fixed it. It was a great cost and he had a great attitude. I truly appreciated his help and would call for any plumbing needs.

I had my septic tank pumped out by Jacob who was very professional, courteous, and answered all of my questions, and did an outstanding job. I’m sure he is an asset to your business. Thank you Jacob!!!

The team at FSI is top notch. Every step of the way was amazing. We had them replace a 20 year old heat pump and ductwork. Not only were their prices fair, the quality of work and customer service has been incredible. David went above and beyond when helping us with our needs.
On the day of the install we had David, Dale, and Brian on site. They were efficient, respectful, and hard working.
Following the installation, David has been responsive to follow up questions and event came out to check on the system as a courtesy follow-up.

Michael did exceptional service, He was knowledgeable.He informed me of all my options and he was down to earth and friendly as well. He even was concerned for our safety with having such an old unit, he informed me that we should get carbon monoxide detectors as well. He even pointed out a problem on my other AC unit that i didnt know about. I would definitely recommend Mikael or ask for him again. 😃 😃 😃

Sewer back up into the house. They came in 90 minutes and cleared the problem.

I called on a Wednesday, set up the appointment for Thursday at 10-2. Zane showed up early, got an estimate and had the work done by 11:30am. Very prompt, quality work. Very professional and I would absolutely recommend them and will be considering them for future needs.

Paul & crew always do a great job for us! I bought a country place that needs some TLC and remodeling so they put in some new faucets back in November, checked a 20 yr old dishwasher that was never used... and works great (its an impressive antique and great family conversation piece). Had some leaky/running outside faucets and our shower was pouring too. The handles are literally so old that we were gonna have to replace the parts with an RV work around, lol. He saved the shower handles and replaced the outside faucets. Back in biz! Thanks so much! The Fahrlenders

DO NOT USE FOR PLUMBING EVER!Update 10:13am Thursday: FAILED INSPECTION yesterday, and David still hasn’t responded to multiple messages and phone calls.Update 9:23am Wednesday morning: The plumbing inspector is here. He has already mentioned that the line for the dryer isn't going to pass inspection AND he had no idea that Russell's installed the vent for the gas stove up into the attic and through the roof, and stated they did not pull the proper mechanical permits to have done so. The nightmare of Russell's CONTINUES!Update 9:52am Monday morning: David’s response to the lack of hot water caused by him and his technicians was, “Yeah that happens sometimes.”Update 2am Saturday morning: Emergency plumber has left. He needed to bleed the line and relight the pilot on the hot water heater. None of my family visiting from out of town could shower.Update 11:51pm on Friday night: NO HOT WATER. Pilot light on hot water heater was never relit. Family in from out of town…nice job guys.OG review, written Thursday: Absolutely awful. It is 9:16pm on a Thursday night and I haven’t eaten anything since 11am because is plumbing team, led by David, is incapable of properly loading their trucks for their installers. This was a basic job - extend an existing high pressure gas line, remove old electric range and microwave, install new gas range and vented microwave, install vent through roof. The two installers arrived at 9am and had to leave to go to Home Depot twice for basic materials, and when they finally reached the part of the job for the roof vent, found they had LESS THAN HALF of what they needed. How can a plumbing company this established be THIS incompetent??? The installers were also told the gas line was 3/4 inch…it was 1/2 inch. How can you screw this up so badly??? Never again.

I normally don't comment or give review but I had to if I could give them a zero I would..I Warranty Company got this Company to come out and check my water heater I'm asking what the problem is he said nothing all he said was he had to get authorization from the Company fine so he goes out side and called so in the meantime the other guy came and said we have to take your co payment I said you haven't fix anything he said that's how the Company does.So I call to the Warranty Company to see why I have to pay up front he said that's their policy..So Neve came back and said they went the claim cause the record told him him I just got service yesterday in the meanwhile I'm still on the phone with Warranty Company the Supervisor stated I had this Warranty since Jan 28,2018...So they left I then call back to Warrranty Company and got the authorization department on the phone they started he hasn't called and gave the diagnosis, so I called to this Company the recp said that he was talking to them then...I called back to the Authorization Dept once again he said he hadn't call..Once I hung up with them call back to Company she stated that they deny the claim...So I'm going back and forth...So I called them from 2:30 to about 4:30 all I got was their answering machine even the Warranty Company call no answer this is very unprofessional ...I said somebody isn't tell the truth on what's going on. .

The pricing is way too high. $350 to install a faucet. $325 to install a garbage disposal. They wanted to charge $1200 For what the technician said was 4 hours worth of work. $300 a hour. I don't think so.

Marvin is excellent! He responded very quickly and showed up on time. We are very pleased with how knowledgeable and professional Marvin and the install team were. We were quoted a fair price and they were able to install our AC and furnace the very next day. Huge thank you to R.A. Styron, we'll be customers for life!

I spent a day trying to remove a stuck faucet stem. Called Tony and he removed the stem without trouble and replaced it with a new one. The next plumbing issue I have I won't hesitate to call Tony!
