After my water heater stopped working one morning, I called Premier Plumbing because I remembered using them in the past. The technicians showed up looked at the hot water heater for a few minutes and said I needed a new one. I said ok and prepared for the worst. The technician went out to his truck to draw up a quote. My best guess estimate, after looking at pricing was around $1,100 or so. The technician returned with a quote of $2,250. I respectfully declined and ended up paying $180 for them to simply look at it and give a quote. I proceeded to Lowe’s and found a suitable hot water heater with similar specifications and talked to the Lowe’s installation team and received a unit/installation quote for $1,278 before discount. After discount $1,237. $1,237 compared to $2,250 for essentially the same thing is easy for even a dummy like me to decide. Don’t even call them. Check with Lowe’s or Home Depot first and you will save yourself $180.

After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

York control board for heat/AC installation. My old control board burned out. So, I called the Fixture Specialists and got an appointment immediately. The receptionist, Kitty, was super friendly and extremely helpful. She quoted me a fair price over the phone and texted me an appt reminder. Mike and Chris arrived on time. Mike was knowledgeable, proficient, and fast, took pride in his work. He completed the installation and operational test within 20 minutes. My husband isn't an easy man to be impressed by anything or anyone and Mike impressed him with the quality and pride in his work.
So, stop overpaying for your HVAC repairs and give the Fixture Specialists a try. I would most definitely use their service again. Highest recommendation.

Alisha Knight in customer service was great. She was very accommodating to our wishes and made sure we got the scheduled time we needed. Customer service called 30 minutes prior to service technician showing up which was awesome because it allowed us to prepare and not get caught by surprise.Chuck Mullin was our RS Andrew technician very professional, knowledgeable, took his time, explained everything he was doing, and applied discounts to our final price. I’m very impressed and we WILL be having RS Andrews service our HVAC system as long as we live here.

My warranty company wasn't providing me all the necessary information regarding my claim and made false assumptions regarding the cause of the leak. Randy was on time and very friendly. He came in and surveyed the problem. We discussed two possible solutions (replacing the kitchen faucet with a unit I had purchased a while ago or having him replace the faucet with one of the new Delta faucets where the spray handle retracts into the faucet.) I decided on the second option. He let me know he didn't have one on the truck and would have to get one. He told me how long it would take to get one. I still had the option to switch back to my existing set, but the amount of time was reasonable, and the added cost to upgrade to the nicer faucet was fairly close to how much I had researched to be the cost of that faucet. Randy was finished in a very reasonable amount of time. He brought rugs to put down so that he wouldn't get my floor dirty. He cleaned up after himself, and was very professional. I would be pleased to have him come back and do plumbing in my house again, should it be necessary. I have a 5 year warranty on my new faucet.
