Premier plumbing is a one stop shop. Other companies I’ve dealt with always require rework, over diagnose problems because lack of knowledge, and are ridiculously priced. After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

Justin is unlike any other plumber I’ve ever met. Not that others aren’t any good — Justin just happens to be leaps and bounds better.

He’s incredibly knowledgeable, which is the most important thing to me due to the investment in our house, and the safety & longevity of what he did for us. On top of that, he’s always on time.

Items he did for us: gas to fireplace, gas to grill, gas to laundry, gas to stove, installed tankless hot water heater, swapped laundry room with bathroom (to include sink, toilet, shower), kitchen sink, double sink in another bathroom, shower, re-routing of toilet piping through another wall, bathtub install, water to new fridge, garbage disposal, and new dryer outlet.

Called ahead and made appointment. They were on time and called to let me know when they would arrive. I had an issue with drain line from tank to distribution box. They pumped tank, replaced line and serviced drain field line. Bruce and his crew was fantastic. It wasn't a easy job but they performed it quickly and professionally. I've used them before and will again if needed. Highly recommended.

Had the team out to fix my dinosaur unit. I was happy they didn’t push to replace the unit. The part needed was back ordered, so we went a while without ac. But when it came in, Kitty, got us scheduled the next day. The job took less time and when it still didn’t work, they came back the next day and fixed the problem. Im very happy with their service and will be using them in the future when it comes time to replace the whole system.

I enjoy the professionalism of the technicians that come out and do the work because you can tell they know what they're doing. I appreciate the consistent communication knowing within 10 to 15 minutes when the tech will be at the house, this doesn't lock me into the house all day waiting for a tech who doesn't show up till 5:00 p.m. which is common. RS Andrews calls to ensure that we know a tech is on the way and if they say the tech is on the way you can bet the tech will be there. Thank you for the professional install and service of our heating and air conditioning system in our attic.

My first experience with Roto-Rooter was an excellent one! Our kitchen sink had a serious back up whenever we used it or the shower. We decided to try Roto-Rooter and we are so glad that we did. The experience from start to finish was very professional. The technicians, Zack and Chris, were on time and fixed the problem in a matter of minutes. Rip off Technician! looked at the installation product, went to his vehicle took 30 mins to come out with an out of the world pricing - please dont go with these guys - I lost $85 for him for 5 mins in the property and rest for his time playing on his phone

We had a problem with our AC cooling. The tech said we needed 2 things fixed and quoted us a price of almost $1000. I asked if we could make 2 payments. He then said we really didn’t need the 2nd thing right now, which cut the price in half. If we didn’t need it… then why did he say we did?

High quality service. These are clearly professional plumbers that know what they are doing. Arrived right at the beginning of the two hour window. They wore booties/socks over their shoes to protect the floors from getting dirty. They were polite, and thorough.

This was our first experience with Atomic. From our initial call, to the follow-up communications, to the arrival of our technician was great. Our technician, Ryan D. was top notch! He evaluated the situation; presented to us his plans for repair, and completed the repairs in a timely and professional manner. He didn't seem to mind my husband looking over his shoulder while he was working, and explained what he was doing as the work progressed. The work area was spotless when he completed the job! For the amount of work that was done, we thought the price was fair. We will definitely be requesting Ryan on any future plumbing repairs. Thank you Atomic and Ryan for a job well done!

After 1 hour comfort left me with a blown AC and told me they’ll be back in a week to give me a second opinion I got lucky. Marvin was working next door with comfort counts. I asked if he could take a look at my unit. It was 5 o’clock in the afternoon and he had every right to say call the number and make an appointment. To my surprise Marvin said let me take a look. He diagnosed the problem In 5 minutes. The other company was here on the phone with tech support for 5 hours. I would of been happy with just this but then Marvin went above and beyond and checked if my unit still had any warranty left. It turns out it did. He returned two days later on a handshake with the part and had my ac working in an hour. I can’t express how truly thankful I am for Marvin and comfort counts. I have no doubt 1 hour heating and cooling was gearing up for an entire unit sales pitch and I was desperate in a heat wave with no AC and probably would of fallen for it. THANK YOU

Called Tony & Son Plumbing to remove my old Hot water heater and install my new Smart WiFi Rheem EcoNet Hot Water Heater. Work was completed throughly and Tony and his Son tech was polite, professional, and courteous. I enjoy having Tony & Son’s come out to my home. Very happy with their work. , Tony’s attention to detail and hard work represented the company well.

I now can control my water heater remotely and make it turn off and on throughout the day based on when I’ll actually need hot water. Smart water heaters even learn your schedule automatically and function based on the hours my family and I seem to use hot water the most. Of course, I can override this function should my schedule change.
