Best Water Line Replacement in Chesapeake VA

Initially, I was disappointed in the price not the service. The initial fee is $49 to come out which is deducted from service. After checking my shower leak, it was a valve needing replaced which caused the dripping. The quote before checking it was $225 then found out the part I had from Lowes would not work so the guy went to get another part to install. The work started at 1550 ( 3:50 pm) and ended about 1715 ( 5:15 pm) . Most of the time spent was difficulty getting the shower piece off then leaving to go and get the part. Putting the part on took every bit of 15 minutes. I am not sure how much the valve cost but it ended up being an additional $160 totaling cost of service $385. Wow, is all i can say! I'm an honest person and have no problems paying for service but I think this was extreme. This is an added comment just today….because the company did reimburse the additional $160! For that I would do business again because nothing was wrong with the service. Thank you!

We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

A-1 Sewer &Drain replaced the main sewer line of my house. Everyone I dealt with were professional, polite and helpful. When a problem was discovered by the crew they were able to find a solution. They kept me fully advised during the process. This was a repair I dreaded but went so smoothly I couldn't be more happy.

I was referred to 911 for a hose bib out back not working. Josh came by and determined pretty quickly it wasn’t the bib, but the shut off valve which he had a heck of a time finding. A quick job turned into making another appointment due to my shut off valve having been cut by the previous owners for some curious reason. Come the day for Josh to come fix it, he’s tied up in another job most of the day, but the home office is keeping in touch with me throughout the day, letting me know it’ll be a later arrival and why which is worth it’s weight for me. I can’t stand being left in the dark on matters involving arrivals. That’s half the reason why I track my packages like a hawk. The professionalism is superb, I’ll be telling everyone to use 911 plumbing.

They were available on short notice but their billing practices are questionable. They will charge you for equipment/tools used (separate from labor) for the job. They will charge you a travel fee (even though it was less than 5 miles from their office).

I have used Lanthorn Plumbing for years, Hot water Heaters, Irrigation systems and many other household items. They deliver what they promise, when they promise. I also had a family member that needed emergency service and they worked him into the schedule on short notice.

My hot water heater went out 2 days before Christmas 🎄. I called Russell's heating and cooling. They came by the same evening and worked on a plan to immediately replace the faulty appliance. Seamless replacement and process. Definitely gained a new customer for life.

Leaking pipe that was incredibly hard to access in crawlspace under house and in a wall. Ryan and his helper John found the leak and fixed the problem and stuck with the job for almost 5 hours! Told me they would not go till it was fixed and we had water again! GREAT JOB!

One of their drivers tried to run me off the road. I moved into the fast lane on the highway and he sped up to try and cut me off. If their service is similar to how their techs drive, I'd rather use literally anyone else. Tried calling the office. Apparently, they didn't care either.
