The employees starting from the office management to their workmen are very
professional, friendly and make their customers feel important. None of the usual “ we’ll be there between 8 and 5”!!. Their after hours service is efficient and helpful. Stephen is the best and even replaced the toilet seat to my satisfaction.

After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

The tech (Brion I believe is his name) who came out was prompt, knowledgeable, and very professional. He went above and beyond. No hard upsell for unneeded service. Clear and concise communication of solutions and options. Excellent experience solving a stressful problem. He even resealed the cut he put in my wall which was not a requirement for him. Great experience.

I had Drew come out from A-1 for my water heater. I'll start by saying that I ended up calling the office a couple times because I had scheduled service then realized I had conflicting appointments on my scheduling. The women who took my calls were very kind, professional and worked with me even after I complicated things. On the day of service, Drew called me before he arrived to explain that the specific water heater I had been quoted for was not in stock at the warehouse, and for this inconvenience they upgraded my water heater at no charge. Drew showed up on time, well prepared and got right to work. He was very personable and professional. He double checked his work to make sure everything was right, and to no ones surprise everything was good to go! It has been three days with the new water heater and it has been kicking butt. Really appreciative to everyone at A-1 and especially to Drew.

I Highly recommend. Steve and Johnny were very professional and thorough. They diagnosed and repaired my AC quickly. They were on time and went right to work. I will call this company and request these guys for any future needed repairs. Great job! Thanks!

I give this company an A+++ for the recent services they provided. I am extremely impressed with 911 Home Repair Specialists due to their prompt response for a quote, fair price, prompt completion of the work as well as the professional completion of the contracted work. In addition, I had the pleasure of meeting and interacting with Rod, Josh, Rodney, and coordinating the work schedule with Katie. My home is 36 years old and has had to have some substantial repairs and updates recently. I still have several projects that require attention; and, I will contact 911 Home Repair Specialists first. I have already recommended their services to a friend who wants to sell her house within the next year and needs to have a variety repairs or updates to get her house ready to sell.

We had a small snafu with the City of Norfolk for my business. Some regulatory paperwork for a backflow valve got misfiled under the wrong address. Needless to say, it became a bit of an event when the Office of Cross Connections came in and wanted to shut off the water. Fortunately, AT Large was very responsive and handled the situation professionally, courteously, and promptly.

Mistakes happen, paperwork can get misplaced, etc. The important thing is making it right and being dependable when time is of the essence.

Thank you for making what could have been a bad experience a good one!

I couldn't recommend a plumber any more than Richardson Plumbing. Never before have I had a service worker of any kind show up at 9:30pm on a weekend to take care of a job. Quality of the work was excellent and the pricing was completely fair. If you need a plumer, then this is your guy.

Called for a clogged shower pipe. Office contacted me three times through the day to assure me I wasn't forgotten, and to keep me updated as to when the technician would arrive. Scott (the technician) was very polite and friendly, very open to questions, explained the steps he would work through to fix the issue, and got to work. He provided estimate before starting, quickly finished (no mess!), and discovered the final cost was less than the initial estimate. To recap: fast, professional, fixed, and cheaper than expected. I'll definitely call again if I need help with plumbing or drain, and hope they send Scott again. An all around fantastic experience. Great job Atomic!

One of their drivers tried to run me off the road. I moved into the fast lane on the highway and he sped up to try and cut me off. If their service is similar to how their techs drive, I'd rather use literally anyone else. Tried calling the office. Apparently, they didn't care either.
