Best Water Line Replacement in Chesapeake VA

Thanks Premier Plumbing for sending Jared out to my emergency last night and today. My water heater failed in the poolhouse and the ceiling collapsed 😫! But along came Jared to the rescue, he was AMAZING 👏! He was very professional, kind and completed the job as requested. He even solved a mystery problem with my water flow that we have had for over 14 years and no other plumber cared to troubleshoot! We will definitely call Jared for all of our plumbing jobs 😀! After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

Had an emergency at our business and the septic needed to be pumped. Called and they said they could pump that same day and would call when they had a truck available. In less than a half hour I received a call that a truck would arrive within the hour. It did and the gentleman was very professional and explained his service and did a professional and clean job. He also educated me on the septic tank we are using. I highly recommend this company!

Daniel the HVAC tech was polite, and knowledgeable. He explained how to use the thermostat and what to do in the event of a malfunction. I would recommend this business with high regards.

I had high expectations for this company to help me out but unfortunately I was left very disappointed with the work they provided for me. For starters I spoke with the manager who gave me a “quote” for the work I was looking to get done , once papers were signed.. they claimed to only agree to do half of the work I needed . I tried constantly to get in contact with the manager in regards to the agreement and could never get a response! Not only that but their work FAILED the inspection TWICE for the plumbing!! They left my front yard an uneven mess ! They also cut up concrete on my walk way and “patched it back up” knowing it was going to rain that day ! It’s been over 3 weeks and not one person has came to check up on the job ! Working with this company has left me incredibly dissatisfied, and very upset.. don’t waste your money or time on poor quality work .!

The owner of Richardson Plumbing normally do not work on Sundays, but he came out as promised to fix our sewage issue. It took less than 20 minutes to finish. Also, as a professional plumber he gave me some very helpful advise about plumbing.

Both the technicians were courteous and very knowledgeable. Sean and Zach helped me today. We had some old pipes that due to stress on the joints and age had come apart. They both did plenty of research to find the issue, went over the costs with me and recommendations. Once we agreed on the fix they went to work and knocked it out. The shower/tub now drains perfectly, I dont have to worry about the pipes being an issue in the future and they cleaned up their mess and recommend a good dry wall tech to fix the very small cut they had to make. This was my first time using Atomic Plumbing but I wont use anyone else again. I had 2 other companies look at this issue over the last year, only Atomic Plumbing took the time to use a camera and fully test and find the problem so it could be corrected.I really cant say enough about their work. Thanks again to them for putting my master bathroom back into service.
