Best Sink Replacement in Chesapeake VA

I needed a gas regulator replacement on my meter and this company gave me one quote for $900 the first time then came back a day later and gave me a quote for $1700! I asked them if they could explain the charges or send me an itemization of what was being performed. I knew the part on the high end was about $200, but the labor alone was $1100! This job is quick as I removed the previous one in under 45 mins. I asked why so expensive and the receptionist said it is what it is. I reported this company to the BBB and went with a local competitor who charged me under $800 for thebwhole job. This company is not good and with their attitude and unprofessionalism when I asked questions about the quote was offputting. I would not recommend them to anyone and if I could give 0 stars I would.

We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

Bottom Line: highly recommend! I used Angi to find A1 Sewer & Drain and they were timely and responsive to my inquiry. They were courteous, communicative, punctual, and efficient! Drew, the technician, was personable, communicative, courteous, and super efficient. Swapped out my garbage disposal in under 30 minutes. He cleaned up after himself and quickly talked through the extra talking points. Drew is a valuable asset to the A1 Sewer & Drain team!

Straight forward and easy experience with them. Hired them to reroute plumbing for my kitchen sink and washer hookups for a remodel. They came out, emailed me an estimate the next week, and we schedule the service. Great quality work and they even did their best to rip out the random out-of-commission plumbing throughout my basement. I have a really old house, and there was plenty of nonsense down there.

Reinaldo did a phenomenal job. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I called for a clog that seemed simple but found out it needed a lot more done. He pulled out our toilet found the source of the problem and removed it. He cleaned everything and made sure it all worked before leaving. Highly recommend.

Very unprofessional. We scheduled a Saturday appointment for an estimate to replace Quest piping. Plumber was 15 minutes late and did not complete the estimate. Halfway through the walk through he told us we “needed to find someone else” to do the work and walked out without explaining why or apologizing for wasting our time. Other plumbers have had no issues and it looks like we will be choosing another company for this work.

I had a kitchen sink draining very slowly/backed up that I had tried to snake myself with no luck. I contacted Bay Breeze late on a Wednesday night and they messaged me back saying they could be out Friday afternoon. I had told initially them it wasn't an emergency, but the backup got worse later, and I asked if they could make it out to me the next day. They said they would try to do so, and they DID. The tech who was helping me was Justin and this guy is the best. He called me multiple times to update me on arrival time and was just super friendly and professional. He had my issue resolved in about an hour. While telling Justin that I was so happy to find a plumber that I could trust, he spoke highly of Robin, the owner and of the company. This is rare. I am grateful to have found these guys (shout out to YELP). I already have another job coming up that I will be using Bay Breeze for. Five stars for this company. Very pleased.

I have needed plumbers only once
in my 35 years here in Virginia Beach. Having no idea who to turn to, Precision Plumbing was recommended by a neighbor, so I was naturally leery of what kind of service I would receive. I could not be more pleased. Eric was very professional, yet very friendly while being totally focused on the job at hand. I would not hesitate to use Precision Plumbing in the future and do not hesitate recommending this company to anyone looking for quality plumbing services.

Mr. Bertolino was referred to us by our landlord. As part of his service, Mr. Bertolino did a full inspection of the plumbing at the property we rent and advised us of issues of concern. We have been having constant blockages of one toilet in the house, which is cheap substandard toilet at 1.2 gallons per flush. He fixed drainage issues, repaired a bubbling and gurgling toilet and corrected Master Bathroom sink stoppers, that had been installed incorrectly prior to our tenancy, and that were installed in a manner that prevented us from unclogging the sinks on our own. Mr. Bertolino and his assistant left the premises clean and took care not to track any debris into the house or cause a mess. They were masked the entire time and followed CDC covid-19 guidelines as they worked. We have already recommended Mr. Bertolino to friends and family who are local homeowners for all their plumbing needs.

John was great! He got our gas fireplace working at our new home and also educated us about it! I would definitely recommend him and use him again!
