Best Plumbing System Maintenance in Chesapeake VA

We had to call Premier Plumbing this past Saturday due to an emergency plumbing issue. Stephen came out quickly to help. He went above and beyond to get us back to working order. I really appreciated his plumbing expertise and how he communicated a best plan of action. We’ll definitely use them again, if needed.

We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

Fair pricing, quality service and on time! Need I say more? Being a small business owner myself I felt compelled to give this company an A+. The owner is super knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the process of servicing my septic tank. Would highly recommend!

York control board for heat/AC installation. My old control board burned out. So, I called the Fixture Specialists and got an appointment immediately. The receptionist, Kitty, was super friendly and extremely helpful. She quoted me a fair price over the phone and texted me an appt reminder. Mike and Chris arrived on time. Mike was knowledgeable, proficient, and fast, took pride in his work. He completed the installation and operational test within 20 minutes. My husband isn't an easy man to be impressed by anything or anyone and Mike impressed him with the quality and pride in his work.
So, stop overpaying for your HVAC repairs and give the Fixture Specialists a try. I would most definitely use their service again. Highest recommendation.

They were available on short notice but their billing practices are questionable. They will charge you for equipment/tools used (separate from labor) for the job. They will charge you a travel fee (even though it was less than 5 miles from their office).

The 5 star rating is for the service that received from their technician Dean ! He truly went beyond the call of duty. He took his time after he completed the task he checkered & rechecked to make sure we wouldn’t have any more problems with our AC system after he was gone. He’s such a humble guy to be so through in his job. Thanks again Dean you the man !!

This will be my first time using Richardson Plumbing, I have a service contract with HomeServer and heard they are good. Will do a full review once the job is done. Waiting for their call. Update: My problem is solved. Richardson Plumbing did not have to come out to fix the problem, I was told over the phone what I needed to do and I did as he said and I am so happy he was able to walk me through the problem. Thank you for your assistance and I will use your company whenever I have another problem.

I had a leak at my washer hose bib around the packing nut. I called Atomic. As others noted, they will not give an approximate quote without paying the $69 trip charge. Upon investigation they wanted $300 to replace the valve. Or, they said they could try and tighten the packing nut for $120. Replacing the valve involves cutting the drywall to access the pipe. Draining the water line (if sweating copper) and sweating on a new valve. If they used a shark bite, they wouldn't need to drain the system and could simply cut the pipe and slip the new one on. Either way the job wouldn't require more than $30 in parts and about an hour in labor. I told them no thanks. Way too expensive. The part that bothered me the most is the $120 to tighten the packing nut. That involves two wrenches and ten minutes. What a waste of my time and money. I'm going to look for trucks that are not as nice if I have to hire another plumber.

Tony did a fantastic job repairing my kitchen sink leak and his costs are far lower than others! I used Tony's services several years ago for some water line work and dishwasher install, once again he did a great job.
