After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

Had the team out to fix my dinosaur unit. I was happy they didn’t push to replace the unit. The part needed was back ordered, so we went a while without ac. But when it came in, Kitty, got us scheduled the next day. The job took less time and when it still didn’t work, they came back the next day and fixed the problem. Im very happy with their service and will be using them in the future when it comes time to replace the whole system.

We had a minor electrical emergency, and Michael & Sons were the only ones who were able to come out on such short notice - unfortunately for us, the appointment didn't make it through the system, but the lady my wife spoke with was amazing, and she managed to get us an appointment the same day. The tech showed up early, was polite and knowledgeable, and knew what the issue was before we finished describing the problem. The problem actually wound up being a Dominion Power issue, but our overall experience was such a positive one, we'll be coming back to M&S in the future

Me: *long pause* (in disbelief)

We selected Richardson Plumbing Co based on the glowing reviews we read - well, here's another from us. We called about the water around the base of the toilet. When Dave removed the toilet he immediately noted the problem - he stated the prior plumber merely repaired and not fixed the problem. Dave was relentless to complete the job to meet his high standards. Plus add to his skill as plumber, he is a down-right decent guy who also has other trade talents. Have a plumbing issue - Dave is THE ONLY PLUMBER you need to contact.

We had a small snafu with the City of Norfolk for my business. Some regulatory paperwork for a backflow valve got misfiled under the wrong address. Needless to say, it became a bit of an event when the Office of Cross Connections came in and wanted to shut off the water. Fortunately, AT Large was very responsive and handled the situation professionally, courteously, and promptly.

Mistakes happen, paperwork can get misplaced, etc. The important thing is making it right and being dependable when time is of the essence.

I will update my review once the service technicians arrives. I had a problem where I didnt get a phone call from the technician after it was past my scheduled time. I called their number and talked to Savanna and she was incredible. I was not the most polite person not having the technician show up after I took the day off however she did some calling around, put me on hold about 5 times but kept trying till she was able to find a technician that could fit me in. So instead of 1 to 3 pm I now have a 3 to 5pm.Having a phone rep like Savanna (hope I am spelling her name right) is crucial for a company and I hope they realize the fires she puts out on a daily basis. Now I am keeping my fingers crossed on the technician being able to fix my heating. Will update..As promised the service technician showed up and thank god he was just a regular guy who made me feel comfortable having him in the house. He told me a little bit of the history of my system since he has serviced it before. He took the time to teach me how my dual system work since i havent ever owned one. He walked me through the system and showed the different settings to be aware of. He went into my attic found a broken part. Had one on the truck and fixed it in 30 minutes.I went from a bad experience with my appointment not being scheduled properly to having everything fixed within hours. I highly recommend Russell Heating and cooling...

Great service technicians, I've had my system for over 8 years, they service it twice a year, and are kind and patient as I tag along to learn. I could name many of the technicians that have visited the house, they have been with the company a long time which says a lot, each brings a unique set of skills, some with commercial backgrounds, some experts on new air filter technology available, and some who know the advanced thermostat functions without having to call for tech support. I am accommodated when I request a certain technician, but if he's not available, I know that whoever comes out will do things right. Great company and people from the ladies who answer the phone and schedule the service, to the guys who service and repair, they are great representatives of a fine company!
