We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

York control board for heat/AC installation. My old control board burned out. So, I called the Fixture Specialists and got an appointment immediately. The receptionist, Kitty, was super friendly and extremely helpful. She quoted me a fair price over the phone and texted me an appt reminder. Mike and Chris arrived on time. Mike was knowledgeable, proficient, and fast, took pride in his work. He completed the installation and operational test within 20 minutes. My husband isn't an easy man to be impressed by anything or anyone and Mike impressed him with the quality and pride in his work.
So, stop overpaying for your HVAC repairs and give the Fixture Specialists a try. I would most definitely use their service again. Highest recommendation.

Darryl was on time and prompt. He not only replaced the damaged outlet but also replaced the circuit breaker and power cord on the dryer. He was polite and personable and also cleaned up after all of repairs were complete. I would definitely call them again for any electrical issues and will be using them in the future for a plumbing issue as well.

His experience and knowledge about what exactly was the problem helped eased my concerns about the problem at hand. He went above expectations by addressing an ongoing issue with another toilet that was not on the current work order and explained what may have been the cause.He ensured I knew exactly what I was paying for and was Efficient with his time. A fact I greatly appreciated considering all plumbing services charge a flat fee per hour, minus parts and labor.My boys made an appearance (as they do when a new person shows up in the home) and he was really kind and engaging to both of them.He informed me that services were guaranteed for up to 90 days which was also another relief. Our Ac has been giving us trouble for a good while. And we couldn’t take it anymore. We had repair person after, repair person at our house. They kept telling us everything was fine and in shape. It wasn’t fine. Finally we called McCoy Plumbling. He was the only one that went upstairs in the attic and found the problem. He told us we had a pipe that was backed up. That’s was why our unit kept turning off and on. He drained it and suddenly within an hour our house started to feel cool like normal. I’m keeping this company on my speed dial. Thank you again!

Had 2 technicians aide in determining if my unit needed replaced (excess of 20 years on the HVAC). Estimator went over in detail of each option and provided the best recommendation. Install team came 3 days later and took the better of the day to install all components. Cleaned up after themselves and were friendly. Only knock i have is that backed into the overhanging branches in my drive and knocked a few off that were left on my lawn (minor complaint easy to pick up). Nearly 5 discussions and 2 months of dealing with them we got the drip pan issue resolved only for it to rear its ugly head again tonight (8/14) after returning from a family vacation. This is frustrating and at this point i am flustered with the continued issue. Will update as this issue plays out but at this time i rescind my recommendation i stated above and advise those looking for service to try other companies.Update 8/25- The issues i noted above seem to have stemmed from the ac manufacturer rather than the company. Looking to speak with management about next steps. Moved the rating to 3 stars based solely on the last 3 technicians that came out (Chris W. mainly). If Chris is a tech you get you are in great hands. He is honest and takes the time to chase all possible avenues rather than looking on the surface (after the second leak he had the whole unit reinstalled)

Appreciate the service and attention to our clogged drainage system. Our technician Mike (#0703) listened to our concerns and quickly diagnosed the problem. In resolving the issue, he discovered that our main sewer line was cracked. He called in a camera specialist (Russell Vette) who drove out to the location, found the broken pipe and scheduled us for a timely repair tomorrow morning. Awesome service all around!
