We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

Came out on a Friday around 12:00 in the afternoon to fix a collapsed pipe on my septic tank. Could not have asked for a nicer company to deal with.

The team at FSI is top notch. Every step of the way was amazing. We had them replace a 20 year old heat pump and ductwork. Not only were their prices fair, the quality of work and customer service has been incredible. David went above and beyond when helping us with our needs.
On the day of the install we had David, Dale, and Brian on site. They were efficient, respectful, and hard working.
Following the installation, David has been responsive to follow up questions and event came out to check on the system as a courtesy follow-up.

Great service! My plumber was Todd and he was very helpful, honest, and passionate about his career! He was on time and he was able to spot/fix the problem on the spot. After he finished the job, he reminded me to ask about a military discount. Many other people would’ve left that part out so I appreciate his honesty. Overall, I highly recommend!

Responding to Adrian Mora, he is a very sad and dishonest person. This is not the result of Wright-Way Plumbing. He has never been our customer, nor has he ever paid us, or hired us to do work at his home. We performed work for the prior homeowner, who is a long standing customer of ours, for over 10 years. He hired us to fix the jetted tub, we did, and he paid us. Mora, agreed and signed off before moving into the house, that all repairs were completed and everything working. He lived in the house for some time and decided to call us to fix an electrical issue with his tub, and wanted it done free. He was told we are not responsible for the electrical problem, his realtor told him the same thing and he threatened to write bad reviews and contact BBB. He also decided that several other issues needed to be fixed that were not our responsibility. After being patient with him and explaining over and over again, we were not responsible for the electrical work, he seemed unable to understand this and kept adding additional work he wanted for free, so I told him he was like a monkey with his hand in the cookie jar, who could not pull it out.
Mora also made unreasonable demands, and threatened to sue his realtor and others involved in the sale of his home, prior to the closing of the sale, so we were advised by the other parties involved, not to do work for him for any amount of money. I recommend no one do work for him, due to his apparant mental imbalance and assumption that he should not pay for services.

Reynaldo was on time and very professional. He made sure we understood the whole process and we were well- informed about the work he was performing.

I had to call and have them come repair a clogged shower drain we ran into while having family in town. Within an hour of calling TJ was at our house getting the job wrapped up. The entire time he walked us through what he was doing so we felt comfortable and informed about all that was getting done. All in all solid experience, reasonable price, great work and great professional staff.

****update*** I contacted the office per request from ownership to first review and was told management would contact me. That was 2 weeks ago and still no response from office manager***Staff is very professional, however, The technician kept replacing parts and running bill up until he finally had to call another technician to came fix our blower. Final bill, with a supposed 15% discount, was $1500 for a Carrier blower motor and control board. That means total bill would have been $1750. Seems like a heck of a mark up for 2-3 hours labor...

Lennox Wi-Fi tstat bad b4 6 year mark. Have annual contract with them. Called in emergency for no heat in middle of the night with no call back until normal operating hours. Tech came out late PM said he didn’t have that tstat and I’d have to order - he literally was going to leave me w/o heat, until I said he wasn’t leaving until I had heat! Rewire to a manual t/stat. He did. I have heat. But he gave me a very old model of Honeywell that cost $80 new but charged $200 then didn’t even give me programmable capabilities! I will be buying a new Lennox S30 but Smith&Keene will absolutely not be getting the business!!

Ryan and Trey came to install a water heater we had purchased. They were professional and friendly, and completed the job in a timely manner. We are very happy with their service and the work they did.

Excellent and prompt service. Had an issue come up with the fittings for our laundry on our move out day. He had no problem coming over in the afternoon when I called in the late morning. I also didn't get any BS or run around on pricing and the extras that I could have gotten. Highly recommend!

Can I give 0 stars? Unfortunately, our warranty company assigned our work order to Drain Masters. I called the next morning and set an appointment for the following Monday. That Monday morning I called to give them our tenants' phone number so they could call when en route. I provided them with the number and they said thanks, as if all was good.
While I was on the phone I figured I would double check the appointment window. To my surprise they told me I didn't have one. So I didn't have an appointment but yet you took my tenants' phone number which would have implied that you had an appointment to which to assign that phone number?

What's worse is they told me they never got a notification from First American. That's bogus because my First American account shows the notification AND First American confirmed they sent it. Further, Drain Masters would not have scheduled an appointment if they were not first notified by First American.

BE AWARE.

Knowledgeable, professional, and honest. This is a great company that understands that taking care of the customer is the first priority. This is the only company I will use for these services. They are absolutely the best.

We have an old house, with some old wiring, and 60 years of people trying to fix things when they should not have been. Not only was Danny fantastic, but when he realized it was not a one-man job, he even had the owner of the company come out. They worked all day And got the problem solved. They are my go to for everything and anything electric. I am super grateful that I can always trust them to come out and do a great job. Not only have they done a ton of work for me, but the service, responsiveness, and understanding of how stressful these types of situations can be, is far surpassed than any other company we’ve ever dealt with.
