We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

Guy was fast, efficient, and courteous...came out within the hour of calling and did a very nice job. I will definitely use them in the future for any septic needs. Very highly recommend!

York control board for heat/AC installation. My old control board burned out. So, I called the Fixture Specialists and got an appointment immediately. The receptionist, Kitty, was super friendly and extremely helpful. She quoted me a fair price over the phone and texted me an appt reminder. Mike and Chris arrived on time. Mike was knowledgeable, proficient, and fast, took pride in his work. He completed the installation and operational test within 20 minutes. My husband isn't an easy man to be impressed by anything or anyone and Mike impressed him with the quality and pride in his work.
So, stop overpaying for your HVAC repairs and give the Fixture Specialists a try. I would most definitely use their service again. Highest recommendation.

My experience with A1 was excellent….. Fast and Friendly service….. Servicing Technician Mr. Drew was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the condition I had and what needed to be done to repair the issue…Technician also went above and beyond with clean-up and speed of repairs….. I can’t say enough about the courteous service we received…...I would definitely recommend A1’s services to family and friends…..

Plumbing

I was charged $200 to vacuum water out of the pan plus the $99 service fee. The technician was a nice guy but he didn’t clean up after himself. Could have at least picked up the insulation that fell from the attic and disposed of the overflow switch he removed. He just left it on the floor. He did get the AC running again and I appreciate the quick response, but I’ll probably call a different company in the future.

The services provided by Mr. Rooter exceeded our expectations. Professionalism, punctuality, technical expertise, and phenomenal communication were demonstrated from start to finish. Many thanks to Aron Gill and Brian Mayo for the provision of superb services. We plan on sticking with Mr. Rooter for all of our plumbing needs in the future.

Andrew Tucker along with David Tucker installed my new heating and cooling unit on Wednesday, September 20, 2017. The technicians arrived on time. They keep me informed of what they were during, and answered all my questions with ease. Andrew and David were both very professional. I was instructed on how to use my new programmable Thermostat, and was given a head's up on what to expect once I use my heating system for the first time. What was very impressive was that they cleaned as they worked to install my units. The furniture that had to be moved to allow them to bring in equipment were all put back as it was when they arrived. It was amazing that the two of them were able to install both units within 8 hours. I am very pleased with the service I received, and I give Andrew and David all the praise.Thank you,Mary P. Great service team. We have their annual servicing contract. They are always punctual, courteous, and highly efficient. We recommend them highly.

Also, we took advantage of their special water heater replacement recently as ours was nearing ten years old. In fact, we have noticed in our condominium project numerous water heater replacements of late due to failure and the inconvenience of that problem versus pro-active replacement through the Smith and Keene special offer.

If you need a reliable, knowledgeable and fair priced plumber this is who to go to. We called Tony for a slab leak moving into our new house and he came out that day to inspect. He returned once the slab demo was done 3 days later and repaired the leaking pipe. We blindsided him with a shower faucet leak in an old tub and he gladly replaced the gaskets and fixed it as well.

Water heater required replacement. The service technician, Ryan, was on time and professional. He took the time to explain why certain items besides the hot water tank (new gas lines, new ball valves, expansion tank) were necessary because of City Code. He also demonstrated how to relight the pilot valve and drain the tank when necessary for annual cleaning. Very happy with the work!

We bought our system directly from House Call Company. We later joined there membership maintenance program and were told someone would call us to set up a cleaning. It has been a disaster! Once we signed on and paid our first 2 months of membership they never sent anyone out to clean our system to verify that it was running properly. When our AC acted up in 100 degree heat in July they blamed us for not setting up the cleaning and voided our membership. The office staff was extremely rude and dishonest about the membership and accused us of harassing them after no returned phone calls. To avoid having to honor their membership agreement they cancelled our contract and refused service. I do not recommend their company to anyone.

Service technician was on time, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful answering my questions. The work was professionally done and in s timely manner. I received several estimates on this project, Cecilia’s was the most reasonable and the staff are nice. I’ll use them for future home projects.

Kyle was awesome ! They texted when on the way. Very professional and wore a mask and I can not say enough great things about them ! Will be using them from now on for all our electrical needs !
