Please avoid dealing with this plumbing company at all cost, they are contracted by Pproperty management Associates (PMA) to deal with plumbing isssues at our Condominium and Premier Plumbing is dishonest, fraudulent and staffed with rude and unprofessional people who will do anything to extort money from customers. They will sabotage your plumbings while working for you so that new issues will come up just so that they could be called to fix and make more money. They will also show up late, take breaks in between the work so that their work will continue late pass the normal hours so that they could charge you after hours work. This is fraud and unethical, I am filing complaints with the BBB, and other state and federal agencies.

The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

Was not happy with my bill being double of the amount of what I was quoted. Quoted 1,000 gals of sewage and less then one hour. Not a word about multiple tanks! $398.00. I live on 3 acres and I have 1 500 gal tank and 2 smaller 100 gal tanks. So less sewage and took then less then one hour. And My husband had all three tanks dug out. They said they billed me double because that’s the way they billed me last time. Wow I feel like they have always over billed me☹️.

My father called them the day after Thanksgiving to snake a sewage line at his home, the average price in this area is $100-$500, Michael & sons charged him close to $1000. Then when my father saw a commercial that same aft with Michael and sons offering $100 discounts, he called & was told he had to request it. They then assured him they would send a $100 check to him . It's now Dec 15 & my father has still not received his $100 check. Unless you wish to pay double $ for your plumbing needs, do not use Michael and sons.

Jeremy is a true professional. He communicates well to us and he find ways and means to resolve a plumbing issue. He tried many ways to fix things. I truly admire his truthfulness We need more like him in this business.

They were available on short notice but their billing practices are questionable. They will charge you for equipment/tools used (separate from labor) for the job. They will charge you a travel fee (even though it was less than 5 miles from their office).

We just had our water heater fixed by Jason a senior technician at Lanthorn. He was great, very knowledgeable and professional he diagnosed our problem and fixed it very fast. awesome service. I highly recommend this company.

HVAC rip off!! Just a little advice, call in a favor from a friend who can do ac work or do it yourself. This morning a tech from Russell’s came out to assess a problem. Bad fan motor on a 3 year old system. Took him 30 min to replace and charge was $496.00 FOR LABOR. Part was covered under warranty. Not labor. Apparently, like auto repair, HVAC services use a third party to calculate labor rates based on their average assessment of time to do the work plus a bunch of other factors that folks aren’t privy to and boom!, here’s your labor price to put this part on. Interestingly after research the fan motor I needed was about 400$. It seems when they don’t make money on a warranty part they pass that cost on to you as “labor” . DIRTY!CHECK YOUR AC SERVICE CO AND MAKE THEM ACCOUNTABLE

Had a broken main water inlet valve and Mr. Richardson was able to help me get it back up and connected so that I had water to the house over the weekend, and followed up with me to schedule a fix first thing on Monday. Will def contact again for any plumbing-related work in the future.
