My service technician was great.

The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

They wanted to charge $850+ to drop a pump in and drain a septic tank. Not what I consider a fair price although I’m sure he would have been happy had I paid that amount.

As stated in my initial call, the technication was on time, polite and courteous. I will gladly recommend your company to my family and friends.

Alonzo was very professional during this emergency repair to my main water line. He made the repair quickly and with the pride of working on his own home. We need more technicians and service people who take pride in their work like Alonzo does. Great Job!

A++++ Had an emergency hot water line burst and after couple other plumbers come out throw this big estimate at me and still want a service fee for nothing done, I called A T Large Plumbing, wish I would of called them first. I am a fan, a huge fan! Family owned business and absolutely took care of me and my family. Gabriel came out took a look at the problem and immediately knew what he was going to do. The leak was in the crawl space and a hard spot to get to, but he opened a small hole in the wall exactly where the pipe was and completly fixed the issue and even cleaned up the crawlspace where the water leaked! Very reasonable priced too. Thank you, thank you thank you! No more cold showers for us! You are now my go to plumbers and look for me to call whenever I have issues come up!

Jared did an amazing job figuring out the issue with why our A/C wasn’t working. We just moved into this house and did not expect an issue so soon but Jared figured it all out and got us cool again in no time!

Although they were unable to solve my problem the first time out, they came back and retried at no charge. The second time they found stuff clogging the pipe and Monty (#677) removed it. It was a Sunday and Mother's Day but Monty came out and tried his best to fix our drain problem. He was very through and actually tried his best to reach a compromise we could all live with. Roto Rooter was willing to help us afford the cost and then backed their warrenty when they came out 4 days later to try again. I would recommend them to anyone who needs speedy, trustworthy plumbing specialists!
