From the estimate, to ordering my new tub, to installation, this was the best contracting experience I have ever had!! I have had my fair share of not so professional or knowledgeable contractors and have paid the price. I won't make that mistake again now that I have found Premier Plumbing!! Bravo Zulu!!

The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

Jacob came out as we wanted our Septic system inspected and evaluated. He was super helpful and also educational in what he was doing. This left me feeling more reassured and happy with everything.

They emptied the tank and left me with cleaning solutions to maintain it.

Super happy and will be using them again. Highly recommended and all round superstars!

Had the team out to fix my dinosaur unit. I was happy they didn’t push to replace the unit. The part needed was back ordered, so we went a while without ac. But when it came in, Kitty, got us scheduled the next day. The job took less time and when it still didn’t work, they came back the next day and fixed the problem. Im very happy with their service and will be using them in the future when it comes time to replace the whole system.

Long history of awful service from this organization (see previous reviews). Thought we had turned the corner; they repaired the damage they caused to my house and my systems seem to finally be running ok. But no.After a routine maintenance session today, the technician noted that I lacked surge suppression on my systems, and wrote up a quote to provide same. The quote was over $1700 for two surge protectors you could buy on Amazon for about $80. (The original quote was over $2,000, but I was offered a discount for being a maintenance plan subscriber. How thoughtful!)Don’t let these clowns anywhere near your home.

We had a small snafu with the City of Norfolk for my business. Some regulatory paperwork for a backflow valve got misfiled under the wrong address. Needless to say, it became a bit of an event when the Office of Cross Connections came in and wanted to shut off the water. Fortunately, AT Large was very responsive and handled the situation professionally, courteously, and promptly.

Mistakes happen, paperwork can get misplaced, etc. The important thing is making it right and being dependable when time is of the essence.

Called Mr. Rooter of VA Beach and they were able to fit me in their schedule. Sam showed up around 8:00 in the evening and stayed well into the evening to solve the problem. He approached the issue and solved the problem very methodically and in a professional manner.

Do not give this company a dime! Been having problems since they installed a new toilet and attempted to repair 2 others. They have a slow response time as well.

Russell's diagnosed the problem after another company failed to do so. Compressor failure while under warranty. They handled the warranty processing and did the install efficiently and on time.

I am so thankful for David ! We found out we had a water leak from our heater on Christmas Day. I frantically started calling plumbers in the area hoping we could get on someone’s waiting list. Out of the eight plumbers I contacted, David was the only one to call me back. He asked where I was located and was over to our house immediately. Not only did he resolve the leaking issue, which would have resulted in massive water damage, he found a water heater the next day and had it installed. He is very professional, and you can tell by the quality of his work he has been in the industry for years. if you are looking for an experienced, professional, and prompt plumber, I highly recommend David!
