RS Andrews service technician came out and diagnosed my system as having a faulty thermostat. I replaced the thermostat and still have the same issue. Needless to say it's NOT the Thermostat!

This service was performed very professionally and quickly. Would not have used if I had longer to stay here with my daughter. I felt that we were over charged for the amount of time it took to fix the drain 272.00 especially when all that was used was putty.

I just had my stand-by generator installed, S&K was a pleasure to work with. From the start with Chris through installation with Alex & Mike for the generator delivery and gas line install to Rick for electrical and final. All the services were run perfectly, a real quality professional job. The guys were very respectful, friendly and knowledgeable. Looking forward to see the generator work as well as the installation did.

Louis was awesome, I couldn’t have asked for a better electrician to come out and help me with my electrical issues. He was polite, wore a mask, and asked for permission multiple times before entering spaces that he needed to work in. While I wouldn’t have minded if he went to those spaces, I appreciated his manners.As a professional he walked me through all his process of what he did. He explained exactly what was happening and how it needed to be fixed. We spoke for a bit and I told him I plan on selling my home in the near future and he recommended I do an outlet switch restoration, he gave me a quote for it and when i decide to do it, very professional.Thank you Louis! SCAMMERS!!! Beware of this Company. Got some work done by them. Billed me outrageously for the work and failed to explain the charges by any means, which is SHADY. I work and in the industry and I know what the price range is for this job! In addition, they were unwilling to provide me with receipts for the parts they claim that they purchased to complete the work! SHADY Again!

I can take the high cost of the work as long as I get a detailed explanation! Not wanting to provide basic explanation is by no means acceptable.

I initially called A1 about one of my bathrooms that was backed up. This was Friday evening. The lady I talked to said they would try to get out Friday evening but probably wouldn't make it until Saturday. I understood that and had no problem with it. It is now Sunday evening and no one has called me. I've called them several times and was told it would be a few hours and that they were backed up. I just called them and told them that either they were too busy or I wasn't important enough for them to worry about and I wanted to cancel the service. They replied, That's fine. No apology, nothing. They have had more than 48 hours and I have lost a whole weekend. Very disappointed. Don't waste your time!
