Best Heating System Repair in Chesapeake VA

I have not actually used this business for any plumbing services but, if the two employees driving one of their vans today on Holland Rd. in VA Beach (that almost rear ended me and then drove by laughing) are any indication of the quality of service they provide, I will never do so.

The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

The team at FSI is top notch. Every step of the way was amazing. We had them replace a 20 year old heat pump and ductwork. Not only were their prices fair, the quality of work and customer service has been incredible. David went above and beyond when helping us with our needs.
On the day of the install we had David, Dale, and Brian on site. They were efficient, respectful, and hard working.
Following the installation, David has been responsive to follow up questions and event came out to check on the system as a courtesy follow-up.
Bottom line: if you're looking for the best HVAC install in Hampton Roads, go with FSI. You won't regret it!

All I can say is WOW!!! Stephen and Johnny were amazing!!! Very professional, efficient and timely. They truly saved the day for me and my family. We were in desperate need of help and they provided it by fixing our AC issue. Grateful that they were able to fit us in their schedule so quickly! Thank you!

A/C died on a very hot Sunday and Tim saved the day. They arrived within a few hours and got it going again very quickly.Khalif did a wonderful job on system maintenance. Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Andrew and the other techs from Russell's worked hard in miserably hot conditions to install two new units in my home over the course of two days, and they did a fantastic job. They were professional and careful in everything they did inside my home, from protecting the stairs and flooring, and thoroughly cleaning up after themselves when they were done. Not a speck of anything left on my carpet even though they'd been up in the attic and in & out of the house all day. They were even concerned about being quiet so as not to disturb us in the house.Cannot recommend these guys highly enough. They took the time to answer all my questions, and even left me a couple extra filters. Excellent work done in a courteous and professional manner.

From start to finish, I was kept fully informed of what was going on. Technicians were on time and very courteous. They were very meticulous and attentive to the details. My few questions were answered thoroughly. Excellent value. Very happy to have my generator installed.

I typically dont write reviews, but I have to write this one!Our condo association had a huge problem with broken sewer pipes and tree roots. There was raw sewage backing up in many units. Two different plumbing companies were called. What it boiled down to is neither had the equipment needed to even fully diagnose our problem, much less fix it.We talked to another plumber who recommended Atomic, he told us Atomic is who he would use! He said they do good work, they're honest and they have the equipment needed. Scott Perkins, Dalton & Joey worked many hours and days to get the job done. They were always professional and friendly. Many of the neighbors would come outside and ask questions they would always patiently explain.Before the job plan was agreed to, Scott met with all the home owners with questions & answers virtually, he also met in-person with the board. He was always so easy to reach by phone or text. I can't say enough about how accommodating they were. I also have to mention that Kelly and all the office staff were always helpful and friendly. I believe everyone takes pride in their jobs at Atomic, and they should!I wish I could say all my dealings with contractors / businesses went this smoothly, but I can't.Thank you all!

Didn't want to write an estimate for a job over 500.00 or so - we wanted to know what and how much - didn't need the work I guess , we will find someone else, more honest company
