We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

York control board for heat/AC installation. My old control board burned out. So, I called the Fixture Specialists and got an appointment immediately. The receptionist, Kitty, was super friendly and extremely helpful. She quoted me a fair price over the phone and texted me an appt reminder. Mike and Chris arrived on time. Mike was knowledgeable, proficient, and fast, took pride in his work. He completed the installation and operational test within 20 minutes. My husband isn't an easy man to be impressed by anything or anyone and Mike impressed him with the quality and pride in his work.
So, stop overpaying for your HVAC repairs and give the Fixture Specialists a try. I would most definitely use their service again. Highest recommendation.

Had a leaking Hot water heater in my attic over the weekend that had to be fixed asap before further damage. Used a contact form through website with a few companies and Michael &Son was only one who responded that serviced Smithfield. They responded quickly. Gentleman on phone with whom I set appointment up with was very helpful. Explained everything and even suggested to make an appointment and I could cancel with no problems if needed just to hold my spot.Steve came to the house and he was great. Explained everything to me and detailed exactly what he needed to do. Answered all my questions with no problem. Even helped me out with something super minor while he was here. Excellent service up to this point and no regrets at all with using Michael and Sons. Price range was exactly what I was expecting and he even cleaned up the work area when done. Will definitely recommend this company and won't hesitate to call them again. Great warranty as well. Excellent service.

A1 plumbing was a life saver. After spending 4 weeks with another company, appointment after appointment, we called A1. They came the next day for an estimate, then started work the next day, and was finished in a week. They were professional, polite, timely, and had amazing communication. Our Ac has been giving us trouble for a good while. And we couldn’t take it anymore. We had repair person after, repair person at our house. They kept telling us everything was fine and in shape. It wasn’t fine. Finally we called McCoy Plumbling. He was the only one that went upstairs in the attic and found the problem. He told us we had a pipe that was backed up. That’s was why our unit kept turning off and on. He drained it and suddenly within an hour our house started to feel cool like normal. I’m keeping this company on my speed dial. Thank you again!

Long history of awful service from this organization (see previous reviews). Thought we had turned the corner; they repaired the damage they caused to my house and my systems seem to finally be running ok. But no.After a routine maintenance session today, the technician noted that I lacked surge suppression on my systems, and wrote up a quote to provide same. The quote was over $1700 for two surge protectors you could buy on Amazon for about $80. (The original quote was over $2,000, but I was offered a discount for being a maintenance plan subscriber. How thoughtful!)Don’t let these clowns anywhere near your home.

Jonathan Mulder and his associate Landon provided excellent and professional service to my mother's home on May 30. They arrived 15 mins early before the start time of her actual appointment time to set up . They even maintained a superior level of professionalism when they embarked on a difficult task during the installation of my mother's Lennox unit. After the job was done they clean up the all of the area that they worked in as well as stayed for additional time to ensure that the unit was working in tip top shape. RA Styron installed my HVAC system on a new construction in the Deep Creek area of Chesapeake. No one but them has touched it since its installation 2.5yrs ago. I have signed up for the bi-yearly servicing which I would highly recommend, the cost is justifiable and it comes with a few other added perks that make it well worth it in my book.

I also had an emergency need to service and/or quote a new system at a property I was attempting to sell which was out of their immediate service area, a short phone call later they had arranged for I believe RA himself to come by as soon as possible to go over my needs.

I have had few contractors that I have worked with on the south-side that have been as attentive as Styron, two thumbs up!

A++++ Had an emergency hot water line burst and after couple other plumbers come out throw this big estimate at me and still want a service fee for nothing done, I called A T Large Plumbing, wish I would of called them first. I am a fan, a huge fan! Family owned business and absolutely took care of me and my family. Gabriel came out took a look at the problem and immediately knew what he was going to do. The leak was in the crawl space and a hard spot to get to, but he opened a small hole in the wall exactly where the pipe was and completly fixed the issue and even cleaned up the crawlspace where the water leaked! Very reasonable priced too. Thank you, thank you thank you! No more cold showers for us! You are now my go to plumbers and look for me to call whenever I have issues come up!
