The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

Had the team out to fix my dinosaur unit. I was happy they didn’t push to replace the unit. The part needed was back ordered, so we went a while without ac. But when it came in, Kitty, got us scheduled the next day. The job took less time and when it still didn’t work, they came back the next day and fixed the problem. Im very happy with their service and will be using them in the future when it comes time to replace the whole system.

unable to diagnose issues properly . There is a serious knowledge gap between technicans. Now i have an upstairs bedroom with water damage . No-one wants to claim responsibility. When you call their office, it goes to a call center that could care less. I have tried to resolve and Noone cares. Robert skinner does not answer the phone nor return email

Mid afternoon call made to Atomic when kitchen sink and washer drains were backed up. Then discovered bathroom commode when flushed made the tub gurgle. Tech Ryan arrived within an hour which was faster than expected or promised. Cleaned the main line and then the kitchen. Sounds simple enough but it wasn't. Now all is flowing like a rivers stream. After putting away his equipment and inspecting everything before for the day he noticed that the disposal was leaking under the sink. It was at the end of the day now. To avoid overtime pay he said he would come back in the am. Since I don't have a dishwasher I said let's not replace the disposal but re plumb the drain. He arrived on time today and finished the project.This is my second experience with Atomic and it's equal to if not better than the first thanks to Ryan Dean. Ryan is a true profession. From arriving, surveying the issues, explaining the costs, work performance it was excellent. Nothing in today's world is cheap or free. The price paid to Atomic is worth it. That's a good feeling to be satisfied.I would suggest to all future customers reading this without previously calling Atomic to do so. Matter of fact even if you have a problem tell them as it will only be an opportunity for them to improve. All companies we call irreguardless of trades need the feed back.I will call them in the future when a need arises. Was impressed enough that I called the supervisor and informed himhow good the service was. From the receptionist onward it seems that they all take happy pills and enjoy what they do with Atomic.Bob Jennings

UPDATE: June 2023, called RA Styron for the third time. The office guy was professional and understanding. The technician was at the house just after lunch and got the a/c up and running. Nothing but positive things to say. I will be using them to replace my unit this Fall. Awesome company!
May 2022: This is the second time I’ve had an emergent a/c problem and RA Styron responded on the same day. The technician was prompt and efficient. In both cases they resolved the problem within hours of the call. Incredible service. Cost was very reasonable. I strongly recommend this company without reservation. You won’t be disappointed.

Professional and funny phone receptionist made me laugh and not worry about my leak issue. Very polite and respectful technicians who actually explain what the issue your having and ways to possibly prevent it from occurring. They arrived within the time stated and came prepared to answer all of my 1000 questions and concerns. I thought my guest bath tube was causing the issue but once the guys took measurements, investigated inside and outside of my home they told me the issue was in fact my master bedroom toilet 🤦🏽‍♂️. I will definitely be using these guys for any plumbing and heating issues I have with any one of my properties.
