The employees starting from the office management to their workmen are very
professional, friendly and make their customers feel important. None of the usual “ we’ll be there between 8 and 5”!!. Their after hours service is efficient and helpful. Stephen is the best and even replaced the toilet seat to my satisfaction.

The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

Our system was completely down. Contacted Michael &Son for a checkup. Found out system was too expensive to repair and ordered replacement. David, the qualified technician and Leonard arrived around 9:45 am on June 3 and did not leave in around 12:30 am on June 4. The temperature was a steaming 92. David told me they would not leave until my system was installed. They had to replace and move the thermostat and some of the ducting. They were very professional and were Very knowledgeable. I have never been so impressed with David’s knowledge, his sincere dedication to the customer and his work ethics. He and Leonard never stopped to eat , never left the job site. His dedication and technical experience was astounding. I would greatly appreciate if you would pass to them how much they are appreciated. Restored my faith in the profession.

Buck was very nice, but poor at his job and unprepared. He didn't even have his ladder to stand up, he used some stepping stool. I had a leak in my ceiling and he had to cut into my ceiling in order to assess what was going on. After about two hours he could not find the leak. He stepped outside to make some phone calls and etc to get help i assumed, but still no progress. End of the story my leak didn't get fixed. So I called my warranty company again because I found the leak myself and explained to them what happened and how the problem still wasn't fixed and i wanted a another technician to come out to fix it. So they contacted the company to do a recall visit. Patrick showed up and he also was very nice. It took him less then 30 mins to find the problem and fix it. I was so relieved, but I'm giving a low review because this leak should have be found the first time and I don't understand why.

All I can say is WOW!!! Stephen and Johnny were amazing!!! Very professional, efficient and timely. They truly saved the day for me and my family. We were in desperate need of help and they provided it by fixing our AC issue. Grateful that they were able to fit us in their schedule so quickly! Thank you!

Russell's is a great, locally owned company. Technicians and office staff are always professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. My service appointment with Berto today was great. He did an awesome job! I will always use Russell's.

I have used Smith and Keene for more than five years as my HVAC service. They are always responsive in scheduling, and their technicians are friendly and efficient. I recently had to have the unit replaced upstairs, and Heather in scheduling was so kind to work us in quickly so we didn't have to live another two weeks without A/C. Anthony and his crew were great with the install. Can not recommend S & K enough.

We had all of the drains on the first floor of our house backed up the day after Thanksgiving. Atomic sent out Sean and Joey who were able to get everything moving again and alerted us to a potential blockage in our main line. They recommended a viewing to determine what was going on which we were able to schedule the upcoming Friday. Thankfully the viewing revealed that our main line was clear which is a huge relief. Sean, Joey, and David were all very personable and professional which made a stressful time a bit easier. Although I hope to not need to, i will definitely be calling atomic in the future for any plumbing needs.

Kevin came to the house for a maint checkup right on time. answered all of my questions while he was there. Great tech!

Worst company ever. Only been in my newly built house for 3 years and have had multiple issues with A/C unit, leaks, and now tankless water heater.
