Justin is an excellent plumber that is trustworthy, kind, and on-time. I had a burst water heater in my attic and someone referred him to me. Probably the most honest man I've worked with in home repair and should be a first choice when getting work done. He explained all my options and what costs would look like for them. 6/5 stars!

I got ripped off hands down!!!! If this was an honest company you would refund half of the labor. I needed a small section of pipe and a valve. It was supposed to be all copper the tech. Used half plastic. I have pictures and the receipt. Further more I checked to see if this was the company I used on my last repair. They said no I am a new customer. I didn't want that hack working on my house. The same guy showed after looking for the paper work it was the same company and I paid cash last time. The last job looked like a child did it so many fittings used, why?

I would highly recommend this company for any of your sewer and drainage needs. The technician that showed up was prompt, knowledgeable, and very courteous. Mr. Richardson, came to our house as his last call for the day, even though he had to do the work in semi darkness, he had had a long day, but because he said he would be here he came. He was able to resolve our issue in a short time, an by the way this was on a Saturday night. This is our second time using him, because he tells u what u can do to avoid more issues.

I am trying to respond to your response to my experience, however I could not do it, so here it is. We paid over 7,000 gram in a brand new out side unit back on 2017. Because both units were not replace at the same time I have to spend another 9500 AGAIN!!! Because the unit at the attic burned and messed up the one outside with no way to be fixed and since you guys didn’t recommend to replace both at the same time I was with out heat for 5 days. I had tried to call several times even before the unit got buen however I NEVER FOT A HUMAN BEEN ON YHE PHONE!!! my husband David Williams have left PLANTY !!!! of messages with out NO ONE EVER GETTING BACK TO HIM!!! so I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU GUYS TO DO NOTHING FOR NO ONE!!!! since my experience was and has been HORRIBLE IN EVERY WAY!!!!
