Wow. I read the reviews from this company and thought it was too good to be true… i was so wrong. Plumbing Specialist single handily fixed the plumbing in my house and my grandmothers house. Very professional & extremely knowledgeable. Definitely will be my plumber anytime i need help!

Wow! They’re fantastic. On all 4 occasions (rescue), they've been professional, prompt, courteous, SKILLED AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. Saved me time and money on water line and gas line relocations, drain backups, and toilet problems. Their service manager even gave me helpful advice on an upcoming dishwasher install which scored points with my wife! If you need dependable plumbing service or repairs at an affordable price, do yourself a favor - call Premier.

We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

The team at FSI is top notch. Every step of the way was amazing. We had them replace a 20 year old heat pump and ductwork. Not only were their prices fair, the quality of work and customer service has been incredible. David went above and beyond when helping us with our needs.
On the day of the install we had David, Dale, and Brian on site. They were efficient, respectful, and hard working.
Following the installation, David has been responsive to follow up questions and event came out to check on the system as a courtesy follow-up.
Bottom line: if you're looking for the best HVAC install in Hampton Roads, go with FSI. You won't regret it!

I’d recommend all day plumbing to anyone in need of a plumber. Came out on a holiday I might add because I didn’t have hot water. Replaced my water heater that same night. Great with following up to make sure everything was working when it should! Will be using again with any further issues I might have.

Our water heater was leaking which we found out at night on 11/02 - not a fun thing to come home to. On 11/03, Drew from A1 Sewer and Drain came to our house at around 11 am very quick and professional service. He inspected our water heater and determined that it was broken - it was 11 years old. He was able to find and install a new water heater same day - which was so amazing! Highly recommend using them for services as their customer service and response time is outstanding! Scott did a great job of explaining the installation, and it actually took less time than estimated. I also appreciated his shoe coverings and face mask. I am a long-time customer of RS Andrews, and they offer great customer service, and experienced technicians.

My wife and I recently purchased a home in Greenbrier that was a recent foreclosure. The sale was an as-is listing with no repairs made by the seller so we had out hands full as well as a long list of items we wanted completed.

It is never easy to find a GOOD contractor, not to mention someone who makes you feel comfortable going in and out of your house while you are working and your family is at home...However, from our initial contact with this company, we have had nothing short of professionalism and a true team of contractors that CARE how things are done. Every project (Well over 40 items..) was detailed and reviewed by the contractors with us prior to starting them.

Prior to finalizing out initial list, we added two more lists to their plate including building a full bar from scratch (See Photo).

In addition to their professionalism, they were also great with our kids! My favorite part was coming home to see my son, who is 2, wearing a tape measure on his side just like his contractor buddies.

We called for service late evening due to having a leak in our shower, someone did come out that night after 11p, but didn't have the parts to do the repair. So we schedule for the next morning and our tech Dave of store #5131 show up in the time frame given, and was very professional and ready to work. He explained what he would be doing and was very friendly, knowledgeable, and answered any questions or concerns we had. He cleaned up after himself and we even saved a few dollars. We would definitely use Roto-Rooter again. We actually called other plumbers first and couldn't get anyone to return our calls or come out, but Roto Rooter did not such thing. Thanks again for the professionalism on all ends.

When I called I got a person who could schedule my appointment right at that time without having to wait for someone to call me back. My assigned plumber Aron called me when he was on his way and was even earlier than scheduled. Aron was very courteous, professional, and gave me a fair estimate for the repair work. He explained all that he would do, as well as other options, and left everything looking as good if not better than it was when he got here. Russell's installed a new HVAC system from RUDD at my house a little over 3 years ago. I have a warranty that covers parts and a portion of the labor. A couple of weeks ago I had no air condition. I called Russell's and they sent a knowledgeable technician to my house the next day. The tech discovered a crack metal line and said it was not covered under the warranty. You would think that a metal line would be considered a part. Not too sure I have confidence in my warranty and RUDD.
