After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

Mr. Matthew, with Michael & Son, is a super fantastic professional who completed a full diagnostic on my A/C unit and repaired it to be fully operational again. He contacted me prior to the appointment, arrived on time to my home, and was very friendly and knowledgeable to complete the necessary fix so I may have cooling and heating in my home again. Therefore, I am totally pleased with the quality of his work.I highly recommend this ultra fantastic technician!!!

I contacted ALL DAY for problems with two toilets. They dispatched Jose The same day. He was professional and on time. My problems were taken care of right away. Although it was costly the timeliness was well worth it.

This is the second time Russell has tried to gouge my unknowing elderly father-in-law. Their outrageous repair estimate was SIX (6) TIMES MORE than the company recommended by Sears and Home Depot. Shame.!!! I repeatedly tried to call Russell management before writing this review to be fair. Watch out. if they diagnose your system by simply asking how old it is.

The gents that came to fix the plumbing under my sink were courteous, knowledgeable and fast. I would highly recommend this company. They got to me the very next day. They were hired by my home warranty company bit I would use them again for any plumbing needs!!

Excellent service. A very professional company with very professional plumbers. Have use their services a number of times. I have been very please with the way they go about their business. In 11/19 it was a main sewage line blockage. The plumber went straight to the problem and this was after hours. Today 9/23/20 they replace two outdoor faucets - excellent job.

Mr Bertolino scheduled an appointment for the same day I called but wouldn’t set a specific time. When he arrived at 5:45 PM, I had to listen to about 20-30 minutes of his describing how experienced and knowledgeable he was. After that, he spent about 20 minutes unclogging my drain and presented me with a bill for $449.50 (including a $10 fuel surcharge and an upcharge for various other services).
The drain stayed unclogged for 36 hours- no warranty at all from Bertolino.
My advice- run very far away from this man!

Horrible Co. Rude serviceman. He kept interrupting me while I was explaining our HVAC issues and got angry when I nicely asked him to please let me finish and to not interrupt me. Our builder used this Co. To install our HVAC and plumbing in our new home. HVAC hasn't worked properly from Day one. Furnaces are covered in condensation, drain pan drain hole covered with styrofoam blocks furn. Sits on., Mold growing due to so much condensation. Something rattling around when furnace is running. AC leaking into attic at furnace seams. Compressor already had to be replaced and now makes noise and keeps shutting off.
