We used Atomic Plumbing to fix and broken faucet in our shower. I called on a Sunday and the office was very honest in telling me it would be half price for an estimate if I waited until Monday morning. I scheduled an appointment for Monday morning and received an email that Ryan would show up between 8-10am. My wife received a call at 9am saying he was 45 min away. He showed up at 930am and examined the issue and gave her the estimate. Once the price was agreed on he had to run and get some parts, but returned and had the entire faucet replaced by 1130am. Very courteous and professional and had the job completed as promised. This company is rated very good on Angies List and I would not hesitate on using them again in the future. My husband and I recently purchased an older home in the area and realized that we had a leak in our guest bathroom. After several attempts of searching ourselves, we decided to leave it to a professional. We're military, so we weren't sure which company to go with in the area and heard about Tony from a neighbor who had used him in the past. He gave nothing but positive praise about the work he did in his home, so we decided to give him a call. After speaking with Tony for the first time, I had an appointment set up within the week and told him I'd heard about him through my neighbor. He knew who I was talking about without question and responded positively about the man. I felt great about the whole conversation! Morning of, Tony shows up ON TIME and takes a look at the issue and gets to work RIGHT AWAY! He finds the problem almost immediately and both my husband and I were surprised at how fast the issue was diagnosed considering the amount of time we'd put into looking. I was given a price and although I thought it was a little more expensive for us at the time, I had the saying you get what you pay for in the back of my mind! He even showed the material to me and I researched while he was there and it wasn't the low end products that most people put in. I felt like the fix was going to last and gave him the go ahead! Not too long after that there was no more leak. Clean up was also great; I couldn't have been more happy with the outcome! If in the future I need any more work done in my home we will be giving Tony a call!
