One of their drivers almost wrecked into me on 64 while trying to merge onto Greenbrier Pkwy. If I wouldn't have taken evasive action he would have hit me. If that weren't bad enough he drives on the shoulder of the exit ramp to pull up beside me to use foul language and profanity. If this is how reckless the employees drive how reckless is their work product. See picture.

I was recommended 911 Home Repair Specialists by a very close friend, and they came in with the lowest bid (however I will not talk price because every job is different) and obviously won said bid. There was a few scheduling hiccups (on my end) but they were 100% accepting and willing to work with me. they came out today and had to remove some drywall from the ceiling in order to complete the job they quoted me on. I will tell you I am ecstatic with the level of service I received, the quality of work they provided and the professionalism they emanate. they also are owned by and employ United States Service Members as I found out when they came to my house today! I will be using them again in the future for flooring and a bathroom redesign!

Austin gave me several choices if the first one did not work. Made sure the area was clean before he left. Not messy.

These guys were great! I wanted to switch out some faucets including an oddball on my tub with a sprayer. They even went to go get a specialty part to install it. They checked a 20 yr old dishwasher to make sure everything was in good working order and worked on a toilet installation part that I just didn't want to fool with. I highly recommend and will be using them to install a new bathroom vanity in the future! Thank you guys!

By far most caring and professional company I have ever dealt with. When the problem couldn't be fixed that day they returned until the problem. Was fixed, even at cost to themselves!!!! Amazing service and amazing people!!!
