Great. Very nice technician. On time did a great job. He found a water line leak from the water meter. Next step is to find where it is leaking and get Valentyn to fix it.

Bryant called to let me know he was on his way and when he would arrive. He was very friendly, communicative and professional. He did a great installation that was completed in a minimal amount of time. It was a great experience overall from order processing through installation.

We called Cecilia’s for a leak in our shower head — Anthony was sent out to repair it. He was punctual, polite & very knowledgable. As a woman, usually male workers just do the job & haven’t cared to explain anything about repairs to me in the past (sad, but true) — instead, Anthony not only explained to me what the problem was, he actually SHOWED me the problem & took apart the shower head! I was beyond impressed & appreciated him sharing this information to me as a homeowner. PLUS — we had JES at our home at the same time doing a “routine” check in our crawlspace — I was clearly frustrated because what should have been a simple check was quickly turning into a potential major problem & expensive repair. Anthony went above & beyond to listen to my worries & reassure me about that as well! He even shared his opinions & thoughts with my husband about what he was leaning towards with the JES visit — something he didn’t have to do. Danny and Todd came out to run power to my my detached garage, and they did a great job! They showed up at the beginning of the estimated arrival window and finished the job quickly and cleanly. I have a hundred year old house in Ocean View with all of the troubles that accompany older structures. These guys came out and did a great and efficient job on clearing tree roots from my sewer line. They are courteous, professional, and I like them so much I am going to ask them to do a larger repair job on the line to prevent the problem in the future. I dislike not doing work on my home myself because I am almost always disappointed in not only the quality of the work but the ineptitude and lack of care with the work that is done.
