I had a heatpump system install in 2019. It's been giving me problems since. The techs come out say what they think the problem is charge me money & leave however I am still having the same problems. I am frustrated with this. RS Andrews is more concerned about making money than getting things right the first time. Tired & Frustrated.

Lanthorn Plumbing has done extensive installation of plumbing systems during new construction at my house and at my son's house. Additionally, they have completed sewer repair work at my house. All work has been done promptly with all systems working well. Prices were extremely reasonable on all work. Plumbers have been professional, friendly, helpful, and clean. I just had my stand-by generator installed, S&K was a pleasure to work with. From the start with Chris through installation with Alex & Mike for the generator delivery and gas line install to Rick for electrical and final. All the services were run perfectly, a real quality professional job. The guys were very respectful, friendly and knowledgeable. Looking forward to see the generator work as well as the installation did.

The Tech that came out was very knowledgeable about the gas pack that I have. Setting up an appointment was very easy, they came out within a reasonable amount of time. They are very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Man I feel robbed. Gentleman said he would unclog the main line for 100 bucks. Sounds to good to be true. It was. He put a 6 inch pc of plastic in my bathtub and said sorry can’t fix it like this. Gonna be $567.00 an hour. I straight up asked him so I pretty much wasted 100 bucks. His response was yeah pretty much. Please don’t be fooled by them.
