Best Electrical Maintenance in Chesapeake VA

Bryon,The electrician that came out was very professional. He gave me many options of what I would like to do. I discussed it with him. I picked it an option and he went to work and I came out and looked and asked him if he needed anything and he said no and he kept working and then he said he had to go get a fuse box and then he came back and finished the work and I looked at it and it was very professional. I think the electrician was very professional at what he did

Very professional service! My A/C stopped working and could not be repaired due to 20+ years old, they came out within two days, replaced the system and even converted my furnace to gas and had everything up and running same day!

This was the 2nd time I've called on Smith and Keene. The first was for installation of a 20KW generator for the house last year and this last time was to replace my worn-out PTAC (combined a/c and heat pump) unit in my sunroom. In both cases, everything was handled quickly and professionally by their sales representative Todd Dodge and by all their installers and techs. I give them all a 5 star rating. I've recommended Smith and Keene to many of my neighbors and friends and will happily continue to do so in the future.

AC went out when temps were over 100 this past summer. The rep came out that same day of my call, I knew this was the best company for my needs. They were here on the second day with AC/Heating/Ducts. It was a full day's work for the crew. They were extremely courteous and did a wonderful job. Mr. Styron was most understanding when unexpectantly the funds took a few days to arrive. I must say I am impressed with this company AND have benefitted with a much lower electric and gas bill! I am now on a yearly maintenance program with Styron.. You need to call them. Thank you Mr. Styron!

Fantastic service from the service techs, the scheduling could be better but overall good experience

I had a terrific customer experience with Get Lit Electrical and Plumbing. They installed a whole home surge protector at our house and checked our panel after a electrical strike destroyed our outdoor AC unit. I have only very good things to say about the quality of the service from start to finish.
