Michael and Sons was prompt and thorough with communication, and had someone out to us to fix our garbage disposal the next morning. Chris was quick and friendly and did a great job. Will definitely recommend them and use again!

I spend $14k on a new HVAC system with RS Andrews. They installed the wrong system, then brought out the right one, but destroyed it in the installation process. The third one was installed completely incorrectly and took several service calls to fix. It ended up taking five months to do what should have been done in one day.They were not responsive at all and would just not return callas and emails. It was only when I threatened to dispute the credit card charges that they became motivated to finally fix the system.Do yourself a favor and use anybody but RS Andrews. They are truly the worst company I have ever dealt with.

Either the technician was incompetent or dishonest told me I needed a new compressor for $5,000 when new connectors and a capacitor fixed the problem for only $20. I hate repair people like this steal people's money.
Just my experience for your benefit

We have a week old home that Smith & Keene did the plumbing and HVAC. Today our pipes are backing up and and overflowing our downstairs bath. Call, get forwarded to their after hours number and no one answers and their mailbox is full. Already not a happy customer and have not even made contact yet. A week old home SHOULD NOT have pluming issues.

We love our unit from the time they installed it.
We saw a big difference in our utility bills.
The savings have been impressive.
When we first were on the market to replace our unit we talked with a number of their competitors.
They proved to be much more knowledgeable

The friendly and fast response time was invaluable to me when I made the call last night. It was 8 pm on a Saturday night and my kitchen sink was plugged and the garbage disposal appeared to be leaking under the sink, too. I called another place first, but they weren't going to get here until the morning. So, I tried Cecilia's and within the hour all was right in the kitchen. I recently mounted a TV in my living room. I wanted an outlet installed behind the TV to hide those pesky wires. Get lit got the job done in about an hour. Fair on the price and got the look I wanted in the end. Thanks get lit!

Even though they could not get the camera in because of how small the pipe area is, they recommended we try other plumber's and at no charge. He made some suggestions on probably what it might be.

I called because I was in a crisis. I’d dropped my mothers ring down the shower drain. I was broken hearted because she passed in 2020 and it was really valuable to me! Mark showed up the same day even though he had a full schedule and was able to recover my ring!!!! I am so happy and so thankful!
