After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

Excellent experience! This is the first time I've needed a plumber since we bought our house 19 years ago. I checked the usual sources in search of a company that did honest, quality work for a fair price. Everything I found on A-1 was very positive so I took a chance and contacted them. I'm very happy I did.My first contact was with Carol, who was friendly and knowledgeable. I explained my problem (a leak at one of the pipes running into my shower valve) and Carol was even able to provide a ball park cost estimate.AC was dispatched to my house and arrived within the window that Carol provided. He was also friendly and professional and completed the needed repair in less time than Carol had estimated, which meant the job cost even less than expected.When I find a company that does good, honest work for a reasonable cost, I stick with them. A-1 Sewer & Drain is the company I'll call for my plumbing needs in the future.

James did a fantastic job helping me out. I had a reaccuring problem that other plumbers did not take the time to actually search for but james took the time and tried to figure out everyway possible to fix it before the more expensive option was called for. If I ever need services again I will use James.

Jeremy Shacklette came in and discussed the possible leak problem and how he would go on about fixing. Gave 3 quotes and broke down each quote and what it entails. did not pressure on which to choose but gave enough insight and explanation in each. friendly, professional, detail oriented, quick and efficient. included me on progress and explained further on his finds while showing me. had me inspect to make sure I was satisfied before completely cleaning up and calling it complete. 10 out of 10.

Professional service

I last had Tony and Son come out around 10 year ago when his son (who was not on the job then) was only 7. Well, a few weeks ago I called Tony and Son again and it turned out to be the same thing as previously. This time Tony arrived with his grown son and they brought along the necessary equipment to clear my homes main drain leading to the street which had become clogged. Tony is extremely knowledgeable about his trade and I am certain that his son is too for that matter.

We had our water heater go up. Monty came out to look it over, was very helpful. Even gave me his direct number to schedule the install directly through him. Personal ownership of the issue and the fix is one of the many reasons to return to these guys.

Very unprofessional. We scheduled a Saturday appointment for an estimate to replace Quest piping. Plumber was 15 minutes late and did not complete the estimate. Halfway through the walk through he told us we “needed to find someone else” to do the work and walked out without explaining why or apologizing for wasting our time. Other plumbers have had no issues and it looks like we will be choosing another company for this work.

Denny's came out quickly and solved a difficult situation for us. Very thankful for his work and resolving a stressful issue. He was patient and thorough. Great experience!
