Best Clogged Toilet in Chesapeake VA

We had a toilet that would not stop running, technician Justin came to our home to do address the issue. Safety measure and PPE were worn through his entire service call. He was polite and repaired our toilet in a timely manner. We found the cost to be reasonable for the service provided. We have since recommended premier plumbing to family and neighbors.

The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

Guy was fast, efficient, and courteous...came out within the hour of calling and did a very nice job. I will definitely use them in the future for any septic needs. Very highly recommend!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had them come out 3 months ago because the main water line to my house burst. It was an emergency that I had to wait half a week before they started. They had to dig a trench through my yard and under my walkway to put in the new line. They also had to break the concrete under my water heater. After they finished, they filled in the trench and the backfill is awful. The ground has large uneven areas where rain puddles, the area the they dug up is so soft you sink into if you walk on it, and there is still a whole that goes under my walkway that you can see daylight through. My water heater is leaning cause the concrete they replaced isn't near level. I brought up the issues with the gentlemen doing the work and he said, Its nothing more than an eyesore and we just do things to a rough grade. When I told him that was the issue, he said he could fix it, but they would have to charge me more money. They also left all of the broken concrete and other debris at my house for which I had to call multiple times for them to pick up. While they were digging they also cut a power line to the street light on my corner. I've been calling them for 3 months about the street light and they only tell me that they will call me back. They have not called me back once. I have to call them every week to find out any information. Today I called to check again and they told me it was not their problem to deal with and I will have to be the one to get the city to fix their mistake. They seemed to only half care about me as a customer while they were doing the job, and once I paid them, they completely stopped caring about me as a customer.

These folks were on time and did everything to my satisfaction. They helped me make informed decisions about some outdoor water fixtures and repaired numerous things in my house.

I called on a Saturday, expecting to make an appointment for a Monday. Not only did they say they could come the same day, they were there within an hour, and it was after 5pm, and all for NO EXTRA CHARGE!! Absolutely amazing company, I will never call anyone else for my plumbing needs.

I actually called this company for the business I work for due to a HUGE plumbing emergency that occurred. Paula answered the phone and was so incredibly sweet and kind. She got someone out to us within the hour named Joe who was quick and responsive! Both of them absolutely saved my business this evening and I can't say enough good things about them. Thanks a million Mr. Rooter plumbing!

They charge $125-150 an hour which is high but they are brutality efficient, dont waste time and are very professional.
You get what you pay for.
I would definitely use them again if in need.

Had a great experience! Thankfully he was able to schedule my leaking faucet quickly. Even called that day to ask if he could come a little early..yes please! It ended up being not as easy of a fix as originally thought but Tony persevered until it was taken care of. I will definitely be calling him for any future plumbing needs.

Generally, employees are expected to be the face of their company because they are the individuals working on the frontline, directly with the customer or client.With that being said, then Roto-Rooter, their local leadership team, and the folks in the community being served by Roto-Rooter employee, Austin S. should be excited by this. Best service experience ever, hands down.

Ok charges for equipment tools used for a job. Separate $150 for a snake for my friend. This is not standard not cool
