Best A/C System Maintenance in Chesapeake VA

We couldn’t find a plumber on Christmas Day to fix an outdoor spigot. We feel very lucky to have found Stephen. He came out at 10:00 PM and put on a new spigot in no time. He was prompt and courteous. I do believe we’ve found our new plumber!

After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

Had the team out to fix my dinosaur unit. I was happy they didn’t push to replace the unit. The part needed was back ordered, so we went a while without ac. But when it came in, Kitty, got us scheduled the next day. The job took less time and when it still didn’t work, they came back the next day and fixed the problem. Im very happy with their service and will be using them in the future when it comes time to replace the whole system.

I had a new HVAC unit installed in March of 2022. The salesman who came out quoted me nearly $1000 to move the return to a better location in my house. I was fine with this because it made sense to me. However, when the installation crew showed up, they informed me they would not be able to move the return and explained why, which also made sense to me. I am not upset about those things. What I am upset about is that I have called RS Andrews numerous times over the past 11 months in an attempt to get SOMEONE to adjust my bill, because I am paying almost $1000 extra for work that was never completed. I’ve spoken to customer service who almost always transfers me to billing where I’ve received zero answers and never get a call back when I leave voicemails. I’ve reached out through email and even spoken to their quality assurance team, never heard back. While the installation of my new unit was great, this has been a terrible experience trying to get my bill adjusted and I would not recommend this company to a friend due to poor customer service.

I was very pleased with the services provided by Roto Rooter. From the receptionist Alicia on the phone who setup our appointment to the service technician Gary who came out in a timely fashion (especially for a Sunday). They even let us know by phone when the technician was on his way. He was able to get right to the bottom of our water heater issues. He walked us through every step of the process & everything he was doing. There were no questions left unanswered. I’d definitely recommend Roto Rooter to anyone in the area for your plumbing needs. I will be keeping their number on hand for our any future repairs.

They were available on short notice but their billing practices are questionable. They will charge you for equipment/tools used (separate from labor) for the job. They will charge you a travel fee (even though it was less than 5 miles from their office).

Some communication issues are preventing 5 stars. We had a technician come out to check our upstairs unit and the whole thing was frozen, so the tech said they would have to come back the next day after it had thawed. I called the next morning because I hadn't heard from anyone, and a lady said that it had been scheduled for the following day. A different technician was sent out to check it. He needed my assistance a lot and he kept having me vacuum our brand new air filters out while he shined a light on them. I have no clue why, and I didn't expect for him to need me to be around so much during the process. I was caring for my infant at the time. It seems like 2 technicians should be sent out or something. Overall, the AC was fixed, and everything was done well, but I would have preferred to not have to assist the technician.

Richardson Plumbing Co is THE BEST! Mr. Richardson arrived on time to analyze my broken water heater on the same day I called. He was so patient explaining everything; his knowledge and skill are tremendous! I will be recommending his plumbing company to all of my family, friends and neighbors! I am very pleased with his work!

We have used Atomic multiple times and every time they have done a phenomenal job! We've had 2 different plumbing specialist, both named Justin, and each have been wonderful and knowledgeable in helping us with our problems. Our most recent issue was a leaking service line. Atomic had Justin D. to my house at 7pm, and was able to schedule me for next day repairs! I will only use and recommend Atomic as my plumbing service!

All we can say is wow Tony answered all of our questions and concerns about the reverse osmosis system that he installed in our home it works like a dream. If your looking for a true professional that is extremely knowledgeable about what they do look no more Tony & son is the one A++
