Water heater in attic busted, called them because the site claimed same day service. We called to be told they had to schedule someone to come out to look at it the next day and then they could schedule the replacement. Meanwhile I guess we are just supposed to let water pour from our attic for days..NOT called another company, friendly and on the way to FIX the problem now.

this guy is a genius! came in and touched my kitchen faucet and immediately knew why i have low pressure running water. told me what to do..

After the job was done he checked everything in the house to make sure that all was well.He even helped me to move some tree limbs when the city trash pick up came by.

Gentlemen and a scholar; let me elaborate. My hot water heater went out so when he came in I explained what had happened, he immediately knew the problem. Wires shorted out inside the tank itself. Instead of sayin in I needed a new hot water heater he fixed it himself saving me probably around $600. Then when it was time to pay, I tried to tip him and refused saying it was about the customers, not the money. I highly reccomend him.
