Ron answered my call on Saturday morning and came out to check the water heater. He installed a new one on Sunday morning and there were no extra charges for after hours. He even addressed a couple of additional issues while he was there. He was courteous responsive and efficient. I recommend his service highly.

Kings installed a new sink in my kitchen. They did great work and were patient and diligent working out some problems with the pipes in my house. They were polite and professional and cleaned up completely before leaving. Many thanks.

King's Plumbing was referred to me by a co-worker and this is the second time I have used them. Ron came out to fix a leaking tub fixture and replace the flushing mechanism in the toilet, He called ahead to let me know he was on his way. He put protective booties on at the front door and was very nice and polite. Ron was knowledgeable, responsive to questions and made sure everything was working properly and to my satisfaction. Kings Plumbing had to cut hole in ceiling to repair a leak. I was amazed at how clean the cut was and nothing on the floor. Employee was professional and showed concern for my problem. Kings Plumbing followed up to make sure everything was ok. They did an amazing job.

We had a major drain blockage rendering our bathrooms completely unusable. I called Kings Plumbing in the morning and Ron and Mitch were at my house completing the work by 1 PM. The gentlemen were professional, knowledgeable, and expediate. They cleared the blockage and checked all other drainage points. The price was fair and we now can use our bathrooms again!

These guys worked fairly fast in replacing my garbage disposal. Got a brand new one works amazing. Highly recommend them they’re very professional.

Kings Plumbing is an Excellent Company to utilize for ANY Plumbing issue.

I had an Issue with my Home's Main Water Shut Off Valve. There was a ticking sound within the Walls inside the Hot Water Heater Closet; every time I washed clothes. I was so afraid that this sound occurred for a reason and would eventually result in damages beyond my Financial ability if I wasn't Pro-Active and get Professional assistance to quickly resolve this unknown issue.

During my Google Research I located Kings Plumbing. Ron was the Plumbing Specialist that returned my call. . . .in a Timely/Professional Manner.

Upon arriving to my Home, Ron and his Co-Worker (Name escapes me); Introduced themselves; were Neat/Kind and Professional. Ron investigated my concern(s) and scheduled a time to return and attempt to rectify the issue(s). Ron made no Promises; but offered his Professional Opinion as to what the issue maybe (Loose Pipe within Wall and or a Shut Off Valve replacement. Ron assurred me that he'd do his BEST to resolve the issue.

Ron arrived on the Scheduled Appt Date; on Time Professional, Courteous; and as at initial meeting; he wore a Mask.

I reside in a Condominium Association and although I had to Jump through Countless Hoops to get the Association to assist with my Task of Turning off Water in my and related Bldgs for 4hrs. . .Ron was Patient/Professional and Understanding.

Although there was no loose Pipe, the Shut Off Valve; within the Hot Heater Closet Wall, the Main Shut Off Valve was damaged/cracked. Ron was Neat/Tidy while working and Clean up after himself although there wasn't much for him to clean up; remember as I stated. . .He was Neat/Tidy. Ron replaced this Valve with no problem.

The Valve replacement to my amazement stopped the ticking noise within the Walls. In addtion Ron; who worked alone that day; finished the Job in approximately 1hr of the allotted 4hr Window. . . .

I would recommend this Company (King's Plumbing) to ANYONE; to start, My Family and Friends will be First in Line!!!

Speaking with Ron, the owner of the company, to set up an appointment for my mother’s home plumbing matter, was effective and efficient; he was extremely personable and professional. Mitch, the licensed plumber who came out , was extremely kind. He addressed and greeted my mom with her proper title, Mrs. I really dislike a young person addressing a senior citizen by her/his friend name. In addition, Mitch was great. I am a retired Navy Warrant Officer and pretty skeptical of certain home repair and big company skilled trades, so after talking with Ron at Kings Plumbing I decided to hire them for a plumbing issue at my daughter's house. Ron and Mitch were outstanding. My daughter has been having drainage problems with her house which she bought 3 months ago and I searched for a plumber after exhausting all ideas and my capabilities. I called around and no one could show up for at least a week. I called Kings and Ron called me back within 10 minutes. He said that he could be there by 3 or 4 that day. He and his partner Mitch showed up around 4 and commenced to tackle the problem. The house was built in 1956 and the plumbing was not the standard layout. They were extremely professional and very thorough. After a couple of hours of investigation and drainage cleaning my daughter's plumbing was working and draining like a new house. I can't express how much I appreciate the work they did and the price was extremely reasonable. We had a clogged kitchen sink drain, and I called around to several businesses trying to make a decision on who to go with. Ron was the most upfront about a pricing estimate. I understand that specific quotes cannot usually be given until a technician assesses the problem in person, but other companies would not even give me a general idea of where pricing started for the issue we were looking at.

Mitch showed up on time and was incredibly friendly, and had the problem fixed in under an hour. The price was exactly what Ron had estimated, with no separate fee just for coming out or extra hourly charges.

They installed a new hot water heater and put on an expansion tank, installed water leak alarm, installed hot/cold water valves and insulation of the pipes. They did a great job! I had a plumbing emergency. I called on Saturday morning around 10. They are supposed to be open 24 hours. They completely blew me off. Two calls and no response at all.

Ron and Mitch were very professional and understanding in replacing the kitchen faucet, garbage disposal, and dishwasher at my mom's house. They quoted a very fair price and came promptly on the scheduled date. They were quick to diagnose and correct the issue from a prior contractor many years ago and very easy to work with. Would definitely recommend them to assist with your home plumbing needs.

We have now used Kings twice, once for a kitchen sink clog and once to replace a leaking pipe coming off our water heater. The first time, they were the only company that would give me any kind of baseline estimate for clearing the kitchen sink clog. While timing can always be a little flexible with the nature of plumbing, they are always very on top of communication and prompt about arrival time when one has been scheduled and communicated. We have had both Mitch and Ron out to do work, and they were both incredibly friendly and efficient. They're definitely our go to for plumbing issues!

Really great experience with Kings Plumbing. Did some research on yelp and they had the best reviews so I felt confident reaching out to them. The reviews did not disappoint… they were very prompt and always answered my phone calls right away. Initially I called on Wednesday and asked for someone to come take a look at my drains for an assessment and they said they were booked until Friday, but surprisingly they ended up coming out that very same day and not only assessed our drains but started working on them right away. They spent an hour on Wednesday trying to snake the drain clean but instead of wasting any time they said the machine they were using was not strong enough for the severity of the blockage and said they would come back Friday with a stronger machine. The following day on Thursday they said they could squeeze me in and wanted to come earlier so that I wouldn’t have to wait until Friday so again, they came earlier than expected and got the issue fixed right away with that stringer machine and my drains were good to go!!! They continued to go above and beyond because even after the issue was fixed they did thorough testing to ensure every pipe in the house was draining correctly.

I really valued the attention and care King’s Plumbing put into their work. They were intentional to make sure I knew every step that was taking place for the entire process start to finish. They showed me how to check the drain access from the side of the house which I never even knew about prior, they talked me through the actions being taken and explained everything clearly so I could follow along. When the work was finished they showed me everything was working properly and told me what to avoid for future blockages and warning signs to look out for. They were all friendly and professional and I had a great time talking with them. They are honest hard working men that I would recommend to all my friends and family.

Additionally, they were even kind enough to fix my wobbly door knob!!! Not related to the drains at all but they just showed that much care for their clients. Absolutely amazing.

I have an older home and called them to take a look at a leak. Ron was super flexible with my schedule and gave a reasonable estimate. It was fixed with efficiency and determination as it was a little harder than they estimated. Ron still only charged me within the range that he originally gave me. Ron came out to my house for a faucet leak. He scheduled the visit at my convenience to be around my work schedule, which had to be in the evening. He diagnosed the problem as the old ancient kitchen faucet needed to be replaced. He went to the local hardware store and purchased a new faucet and installed it. What I liked best was he stayed there until the job was finished. He is a great person and master plumber who knows his trade. This is the second time I have used Kings plumbing and he is reliable, honest and trustworthy.
