Woke up Sunday morning to a wet carpet caused by my water heater leaking overnight (do they break at any other time??). Called Premier and they sent someone out quickly. Ended up needing a new installation which was taken care of quickly and efficiently. Customer service and technician were very friendly. Ask for Jared!!

We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

They wanted to charge $850+ to drop a pump in and drain a septic tank. Not what I consider a fair price although I’m sure he would have been happy had I paid that amount.

York control board for heat/AC installation. My old control board burned out. So, I called the Fixture Specialists and got an appointment immediately. The receptionist, Kitty, was super friendly and extremely helpful. She quoted me a fair price over the phone and texted me an appt reminder. Mike and Chris arrived on time. Mike was knowledgeable, proficient, and fast, took pride in his work. He completed the installation and operational test within 20 minutes. My husband isn't an easy man to be impressed by anything or anyone and Mike impressed him with the quality and pride in his work.
So, stop overpaying for your HVAC repairs and give the Fixture Specialists a try. I would most definitely use their service again. Highest recommendation.

Communication about how long it was going to take to get parts was extremely poor. Over a month to complete the repair to the heating system that was non functional in the middle of winter (January/February). Technicians skill was very good. Once the correct part arrived the repair was completed in an hour. Also seemed quite expensive. Roughly $650 for labor. Parts were covered under warranty.

Absolutely AMAZING service! Justin D. came out to fix a pipe that was broken at the wall from contractors who were removing my countertops and sink. Other plumbers came out but were not prepared for the job and unable to perform the work needed. Unfortunately, to get to the broken pipe he had to cut away at the back of my cabinets and drywall. He told me it would be a “rough” cut but it needed to be done to fix it correctly. Well, he not only fixed the pipe beautifully, the “rough” cut was done perfectly and with precision. It literally looks better after he did all of the work. To top it off my house smells good from the cleaning he did afterwords. He cleaned and wiped out the bottom on my cabinets that now look 100 times better than before he got here. Thank you so much for coming out and saving the day for us! I recommend Justin D. 100%. I hope I don’t have any more plumbing issues but if I do, I know who to call!

A few years ago our system died on us in the middle of the scorching heat of the summer. After a day of calling around for estimates we decided to go ahead and let Styron's crew replace it. They we reasonably priced and had availability the very next day. We have had them out to maintain it ever since and had only one issue, which they promptly came out to repair under warranty. They have a life long customer with us and we refer them to friends and family whenever we can!

Tony & Son Plumbing, Inc. will be who I refer all of my friends to. Tony is professional, skilled, on time, and fairly priced. Not only did he take care of my roof vent today, he also advised me on how he could help move my gas line in the future and hook up my grill directly to the line since he's gas certified also. His son was a polite guy, too and Tony's right hand man. Gotta love a family business!
