Best Plumbing System Maintenance in Chesapeake VA

In the process of selling our house, a home inspection was conducted.
We asked for verification that our Rinnai tankless water heater was installed properly, as questioned on the home inspection, which we provided to Premier. The initial report, costing $180, said the Rinnai was installed properly & we spent at least 2 weeks going back & forth with the buyer who insisted we correct the issue. Then premier issued a 2nd inspection report stating that the Rinnai was NOT properly installed. This was very frustrating for all concerned, causing us unnecessary stress and a delayed closing on the sale of our house. Therefore we feel we should be reimbursed the inspection fee of $180.

After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

Had the team out to fix my dinosaur unit. I was happy they didn’t push to replace the unit. The part needed was back ordered, so we went a while without ac. But when it came in, Kitty, got us scheduled the next day. The job took less time and when it still didn’t work, they came back the next day and fixed the problem. Im very happy with their service and will be using them in the future when it comes time to replace the whole system.

My upstairs toilet was leaking into my den. We thought this prob had been taken care of by someone else but what they 'fixed' was not the cause. Janice came out first to assess the situation and gave me all the options of poss things and advice. Keenan, the service tech showed up not long after and discussed options as well. With each step he quoted prices to let me know before doing things. He diagnosed the actual issue, fixed it..double and tripled checked. Very polite, professional, knowledgeable and does great work! Would 10 out of 10 recommend.

I decided to make an account for this review, Mr. Richardson showed up when he said he would. No run around or anything and was in and out in about 30 minutes.

After losing power a few times since we bought our home, we decided to invest in a whole-home back-up generator.
We got a few quotes and didn't go with the lowest one but with the company we thought will give us the best service and support.
Little that we know, we made the wrong decision.
8 months and $13,500 later we got back home last night, around 9 pm, from a trip only to find out we had no power in the house.
The generator Smith and Keene installed didn't start automatically as we were promised.
I called Smith and Keene this morning to have them come and check it and their next available appointment is in 10 days.
I explained the operator this was a warranty job, but she couldn't care less.
I guess knew paying customers are more important to them than warranty work.

I was working on replacing a leaking washer supply valve that required me to shut off water to the house. In the process of closing the main water valve (the original flapper valve from when the house was built) to the house, I broke it. At this point, I was past my comfort level for DIY plumbing and gave Tony a call. He told me he'd call me back in an hour. In well under an hour, Tony gave me a call back and was at my house ten minutes later. He walked in, sized up the problem, and had my water valve fixed (with a new ball valve) in under an hour. On top of that, he took an extra twenty minutes to finish the repair on the washer supply lines, too!

Tony was friendly, easy to communicate with and, most importantly, a consummate professional. His workmanship was beautiful and he was very clear about his intent to return to fix ANY problems with his work. I don't expect I'll have any. Tony will be the only guy I call for any of my future Virginia Beach plumbing needs.
