Called and left a message no return call. Called again the next day, still no return call on an emergency that needed fixed. Business couldn't give the courtesy to place a call back even if they were to busy, a call back would've been great. I'd go elsewhere

We recently had two Min-split units on our second floor installed by Smith and Keene and i have to say it was a Ten Star rated service and installation.

Starting with the salesman Chris Outten who not only provided a very competitive price but lent us a window AC unit to use in one of our bedrooms while we were waiting for the units to ordered come in. The Heat indexes that week in July were averaging around 110 degrees.

The installation was provided by Alex and Grant two young men that have restored our faith in the Millennial generation. They were always on time, respectful, courteous, hardly ever took a break, neat, cleaned up after the job, and performed a complicated installation and completed it with in the time frame they quoted and made sure all the units were working properly before they left.

We also had a new electric panel installed as part of the installation. This was performed by their electricians Sam and Tyler. Again they arrived on time, were courteous, completed the installation within the time quoted, cleaned up after the job was complete, and made sure all the electricity was working before they left.

My Wife and I thought this was the best service and installation we have ever experienced and we have experienced many over the years. We would highly recommend Smith and Keene to anyone looking for HVAC services.

Gunnar B from House Call Company came to my house on 10/09/20 to perform a semiannual inspection and maintenance on my Trane HVAC unit - consisting of the following: airhandler, heatpump, and propane furnace. In his performance of the inspection/maintenance I felt like Gunnar had the knowledge and experience necessary to do the job well and I was satisfied with his work. I would recommend him.

This company is local and I couldn't ask for any better service. When I called they actually answered the phone and scheduled me right away. The owner and another guy came to do the job and I had a ton of stuff to ask about the plumbing in my 1962 home. They fixed the washing machine backup into my kitchen sink without any problems. I asked if they could give me an estimate on replacing my main line and rerouting my pipes since I live on a slab and they measured everything and gave me an estimate right then. I was shocked, I kept saying they didn't have to do it right now but they assured me it wouldn't take long at all. I was very impressed with their willingness to help me find a solution, the price of the estimate and the price for this service call. I won't ever have to search for another plumber because they are the best in my opinion.

I HIGHLY recommend hiring Sean Fixes Johns! I hired Sean to come fix a clogged toilet for me a few weeks ago and have more recently spoken to him regarding another plumbing issue. When he fixed the toilet, he was very knowledgeable, professional, polite, on time, and honest! When this other issue came up, I immediately thought to contact him again remembering the awesome experience I had prior, grabbed his card, and called. I explained the problem and he was honest that it would be an issue my landlord should cover. It is so hard these days to find someone who is extremely knowledgeable, honest, fair, and someone you can just trust to do a high quality job without trying to take advantage of you and Sean has all those qualities. Sean is truly the best plumber I’ve ever dealt with and I would and will be using him again!

A-1 American does a great job! I am a repeat customer and have been very pleased with their service. Particularly, the day before Thanksgiving, my toilet started leaking and Randy and Jeff came out and fixed the wax gasket in under an hour! They were very professional and courteous. Thank you!
