I had surgery 6/25/20 and as always with great timing I had no hot water the next day!!! I called my neighbor since she just went through this she gave me All Hours Plumbing's number, Brett answered straight away I explained my issue and his response was we can be there in 10-15 minutes!!! I was shocked at the text I got 10 minutes later, they were there!!!!!!! And less than 2 hours later and the guys were done and I had hot water in an hour!!! Not ONLY was my problem taken care off but so fast, the guys were polite and wished me a speedy recovery!
ABSOLUTELY WOULD RECOMMEND!!!! Thank you again Brett!!! Way to make me believe in excellent customer service again!!

they will not give a price quote over the phone, which means they will more than likely charge way more than the other companies. tucker plumbing in Charlotte NC on rocky river road gave me a quote for $125 over the phone to snake my one bathroom sink drain. roto rutor REFUSED to give me even a rough estimate on a pipe snake procedure. what a crock. I would NOT recommend this company!

Robert is excellent. He is such a nice guy and so professional. I really appreciated how it took no time at all to diagnose and replace. Will definitely use this company for future needs.

Technician tried to leave while there was a hole in our wall. I only caught this because my husband told me to review the work before signing and paying. Technician mentioned that we could repair it ourselves or go to the store to swap the part for a different model. Realized it was a $30 part and service was over $300.

I use this company for all plumbing problems I have. They do a great job, their prices are reasonable and they don't try to force you to do anything you don't need to. They saved me money today by explaining the service they thought I needed and now doesn't. I can absolutely recommend them.

After reaching out to several companies for an emergency job that no one could get to, I referred E&E plumbing to a good friend and client that's an electrical contractor that blew a pipe inside one of his clients crawlspace.
Not only that they were able to help him within a couple hours, but they hooked him up astronomically with price.
***It's very rare to find a company these days that doesn't take advantage of a situation like this and ends up charging an arm and a leg.***

From the moment the scheduling coordinator, Jaqi, spoke with us about the leak in our kitchen, I felt like We had made the right choice for our plumbing needs. Our water heater was leaking. They came out and replaced the traditional tank with a new tankless heater and had the job done and cleaned up within 24 hours.
