First, Omar was fantastic!! As a single female who knows nothing about AC and stuff, you always feel people may try and take advantage of you, but not with Omar. Second, he was patient, took the time and pics to explain what he was seeing, and presented it in a way, that I actually understood! He was professional, and respectful of my home with floor coverings and shoe booties, as well as protecting me with masks and gloves.
