This consumer was scammed. Taking my issue to BF management proved they don’t care.All 6 representatives I met were amiable and professional. However…Prices and rates are premium, services were flawed, and a promised discount was denied.Incomplete work required 2 additional service calls. Even after that, I had to restore hot water flow myself, opening a valve erroneously left closed after 2nd plumber left.I regret decisions made on BF’s “sales” promises. Should have insisted upon a FULLY itemized, written proposal BEFORE work began. Managers defend their business processes, and would not “hear” this client’s issues.

After reaching out to several companies for an emergency job that no one could get to, I referred E&E plumbing to a good friend and client that's an electrical contractor that blew a pipe inside one of his clients crawlspace.
Not only that they were able to help him within a couple hours, but they hooked him up astronomically with price.
***It's very rare to find a company these days that doesn't take advantage of a situation like this and ends up charging an arm and a leg.***
Their image is super clean cut, they are extremely honest class A company that I wish I could be them a 10 star review.

So far, I have used them for two major service calls and one minor one. Everything about this has been wonderful. They got back to me quickly, and the work they did was excellent. I plan to keep using their services and referring others to them.

This last week everything possible in my house fell apart! Literally! Everton Miller, Daniel Griehanichenko & Jake Pippen made a disastrous situation bearable. I even was given hugs when I needed it most! Most unbelievably professional, knowledgeable and kindhearted gentlemen working for Morris-Jenkins! They walked me throughout this entire process. They made me understand. They taught me without making me feel uneasy. They let me have choices and explained my options. I never felt mislead. I would want to have them be my techs every single time!

Chip from Plumbing Connections called me before coming out to make a service call, and spent about an hour at the house doing a thorough inspection. He identified the problem and gave me a VERY affordable quote both for a spot fix, and if I wanted to replace the length of the main line. He made valuable suggestions and was very thorough in answering my questions. The following day, Chip and Mike returned in a punctual manner, and both gentlemen set to work, diligently resolving the issue in under 4 hours. They left the work site clean and were both top notch in courteousness and professionalism. Sharon at the Plumbing Connections Gastonia office also deserves mention. She was already dialing me back as I was leaving a voicemail for them! How's that for quick service?
