My plumber was Brandon, he called to let me know that he was on his way and gave me the proper time fame that he will arrive at my place of residence. When Brandon showed up I was surprised on how articulate he was and how he easily diagnose the issue I was having. Brandon wrote out opinions and explain each one thoroughly. After Brandon was finished explaining everything, I felt I was way more knowledgeable when it came to my plumbing system. Once I picked an option Brandon worked efficiently and explained step by step what he was doing to finish the job. Even though, the price was somewhat expensive I did not mind because I felt he truly know what he was doing. And 2 weeks later my plumbing has been the least of my concerns. I used ben Franklin Before and I was not that impressed but Brandon changed that. From now on, my plumber is Brandon...

Mr. Ward and his team came out to install a new hot water heater, water softener, and a couple of outdoor spigots for us. Would highly recommend using them if you are looking to have quality work done. The owner and his guys were very respectful, professional and most importantly knowledgeable. I really liked the fact that they seem to stand behind their work. Their prices were comparable with the prices of other companies we received.
