They were timely and efficient. Dennis Cordova arrived at the time they said they would. He was courteous and personable He diagnosed and fixed the stopped up toilet in 15 minutesMy only criticism is they are super expensive

Michael the tech. who serviced our plumbing issue was excellent. He called ahead to give me an ETA along with a picture to validate his identity. Michael resolved the water leak we had coming from our master bathroom shower. He was professional in putting down plastic and a catch cloth to protect our flooring from any debris. I have nothing but praise for Michael and Charlotte Plumbing Masters.

Tim Haneline arrived promptly, very professional, and did excellent work on my HVAC duct work. Even provided me with pictures of the repair on his cell phone, since the items to be fixed were up in my attic. Will definitely use IRV Plumbing, Electric & HVAC again!

Van, our plumber, was very professional. He got here ahead of schedule and completed his task in an extremely timely manner. He observed social distancing guidelines and wore appropriate PPE. Which my family truly appreciated. If i need to call professional plumbing again, I would call Roto-Rooter for sure. Hopefully they would send Van again.

Damion responded in a timely manner (faster than expected) and helped me with a plumbing issue I was in a panic about. He was very professional and the price was reasonable. This business will definitely be my first choice if needed in the future. I would highly reccomend the WWOP!
