When I called for service, I stated that it takes the water a long time to get hot. That is not the service I received. Matthew did what he was told to do but I wasted money because the problem still exists. The request was not assessed properly because what I received did not solve the problem.

Called them because we had a toilet that needed to be replaced ASAP. They came out very quickly, were super friendly, and replaced the toilet promptly. Later they had to come back because of a small leak which was causing the toilet to make an annoying “running” noise. They came out very quickly again with eagerness and were very helpful. Jason & Marc came out yesterday to fix a leaking pipe. While here Jason found 2 other leaks. He was able to fix all leaks & didn't mind when I asked questions. When I asked his opinion he gave it freely & offered advice regarding my plumbing issues. One of the only reasons I used MD Plumbing is because I heard from a reliable source that they were honest. Jason & Marc proved to me that they are honest. They worked hard to make sure all my issues were addressed, & they were! I highly recommend them and I plan to use them again soon. And when you call, you'll be created by Jackie. She is the best. Very helpful & she did what she said she would do. It's nice to meet three people that stand behind what they say. They are people of their word & you can count on them.

Even through adversity with freezing cold weather that wreaked havoc on their machinery, Ultimate Plumbing stuck with it until the job was complete. I will definitely call on them again whenever I need plumbing work for my business or home.

Dave and Jon from American Leak Detection just finished working with us on locating a leak that was under the foundation in our basement. They were professional and extremely helpful. They also went above and beyond hooking up a temporary water supply while we wait for our plumber to get back into town.
